Xbox Game Studios has 4 games in the Top 6 on Steam (Grounded, Flight Simulator, Sea of Thieves and MasterChief Collection) They're doing phenomenal these days.

Also, RDR2 is #5-6... so, from the Top 6, five games are on Game Pass. That's a war Microsoft is silently winning.

I’m actually surprised with this game. Judged it to harshly when I saw the trailer. It needs some work, but the art style and short story has kept me interested.

I put this on for my 9 year old sister to try last night. I told her this might be the new “Minecraft survival build game they are trying to push and streamers will be streaming it”. Why not try it early see if you like it. She plays for like 20 minutes having a good time till it becomes dark and The Wolf Spider comes hunting. When he pops up she screams loudly (which I admonish her angrily for due to my sleeping baby daughter) and he kills her character with ease. Then I sit there for 10 minutes trying to get her to come out of the field station and do anything lol, but she won’t. So finally I said step aside I’ll play. I played for like 6 hours straight. I think Obsidian has a hit here. The predators in this game are ruthless and you have to explore the large yard and find new materials to build things that give you a chance at fighting back. I was building my first base at night and The Wolf Spider popped up on me and I was like Ahh WTF loudly lol. Smh.The tidbits of story revealing how you wound up there are sprinkled throughout at field stations and I am enjoying the mystery in the narrative. Also the base building aspects are good reminds me of fallout 4 I’m going to give them a note on making the modular pieces fit together in smaller holes. All in all this game has really surprised with how
Much I like it and I can’t wait to play more. I never in a million years thought I would put that much time into it last night or ever. Especially with Early Access title but man. I can’t wait to jump into this with some friends.
