Today on the April episode of Inside Xbox, Obsidian Entertainment were proud to announce that upcoming survival adventure game Grounded will enter Xbox Game Preview with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and Steam Early Access on July 28, 2020.

Obsidian Entertainment’s Grounded is a unique survival game that shrinks down to fit on the Switch, but is it a worthy experiment?
I like the concept and that it is a departure from what Obsidian normally makes. But that narration really didn't work for me, it just felt lifeless.
The game being release as a Early Access is also a very interesting choice. I do think this format work for games that focus on building and crafting. And as it is going to be offered on Gamepass there really isn't a reason to not try it.

That actually looks pretty good! Bleeding Edge is not for me...but this passion project looks like something I would enjoy.
