There is a new Kickstarter campaign in the video games section named “Gmod”, which is not exactly a video game, but an accompaniment of certain video games. Many people, myself included, were a bit confused by the name, as I thought it had some relation the Source-based playground game “Garry’s Mod”. As it turns out, this Kickstarter is for storing and organizing video game modifications for certain game, which is quite a bit different from Garry’s Mod. At that point, I thought my confusion was over, but it was only beginning.
The developer of Garry's Mod has announced it is in the process of removing all Nintendo-related content from Steam Workshop after receiving a takedown request from Nintendo.
