Mistwalker games are not on PC. They are for 360 (BD and LO) and DS(ASH).

As for the game, I'm still interested in this one simply because it could be the first M rated J-RPG in years. After the superb Parasite Eve from Square, I don't remember having that much fun in an M rated J_RPG (Though SMT games were also amazing).

man I hear you. I don't know why but square enix is doing that a lot lately. I loved FF 12, but the main character designs leave me a lot to be desired. I don't know why, but it seems that every character around the main one is always so bad ass, but the main one is always a little off since, I mean why couldn't I have been baltheir my second fav character behind auron from X, in XII, o well. Still I loved me some 12, can't wait to play the sequel tommorrow, final fantasy reveant wings on the DS! woot

@ below: Oh yeah!!! now I remember thats when eva got all berserk and ate that angel, man that was a messed up scene, in a cool way. I still hope the plan on making a live action version ( if its good). Can't wait when they release the first of the four new neon genesis movies in America!!!:)

yup thats why I'm curious about it, but come one anyone with a taste of rpgs would be way more curious for white knight story. Honestly, I can't believe you think thats all the game is about from a demo thats like 4 mins long. Roll eyes is right. geez. Besides what has mistwalker done, blue dragon? a game that was suppose to rival dragon quest and final fantasy, but was just above average. White knight story is done by level 5 which hardcore rpg fans could argue is better than square now. With already great games like rogue galaxy, dark cloud 2, and jeane de arc on the psp, throw in the masterpiece dragon quest 8, why wouldn't you be excited on their first ps3 game. Don't hate white knight story since its only on the ps3. lol.

I dislike White Knight Story because the concept of the game "too" derived from occidental RPG's .. and the art direction is poor.

Lost Odyssey's problem is that Sakaguchi didn't built an solid image to the game from start, he got "the most talented people" he could .. Takehiko Inoue .. Christian Lorenz, etc .. and stitched it toguether .. I could say by it's individual parts alone Lost Odyssey is more than worth. But the final result is yet to be judged.

And if you ask "what did mistwalker do" only shows you are a "brand-whore" .. or are purposely pretending to be one .. because the people on board of Mistwalker did more good games than Level 5 will ever do, or any brand alone.

Whatever, all because I sing praise of a company that only makes games on sony consoles doesn't make me a brand-whore. You know sony the system where all those great people now on mistwalker used to make games for?? Doesn't matter those were still great games, and level 5 is relatively new so yeah they don't have a lot of games(quality over quantity). I am well aware that mistwalker is made up of a lot of ex square people and are responsible for some of the greatest rpgs ever made, which makes why blue dragon being average even more of a shocker to me. You could say you don't like white knight story in your opinion which I totally disagree with, but to say level 5 hasn't made any great games is wrong. You prob think I'm a stupid sony fanboy just because I happen to think level 5 is a great rpg company. I love rpgs no matter what system there on. Maybe you are blinding following names attached to the company rather than their final product. Here is hoping the people at mistwalker will remember how to make a great rpg and lost odyssey will be what its promising to be! If so, I will be the first to praise it and buy it.

edit: haha your the one only making it about sony. So its ok to be a brand-whore for mistwalker, but not level 5? lol

Level 5 made Dragon Warrior, but they didn't design it, write the story, balance the skills or anything like that. That was all Sqeenix dictating what needs to be done.

Although I agree level 5 is a quality studio, I'm not sure how well White Knight Story will play out. It's too early to tell as no real details have been released on the game other then some quick trailers.

But don't think that Squeenix just handed them DW and said here do what you want.Much like Nintendo letting Retro make Metroid. Retro didn't have creative control, and either did Level 5 in the 'Masterpiece' DW 8

your right about DW, but that doesn't mean you can downplay their involvement. They had a good hand in it regardless, so give them some credit.

Whats with all the hate on white knight story?? haha it could be great or it could be bad like you said, there isn't enough info on it to say either way yet, but there are tons of reasons to be exicted about it. I wonder how guys whould feel about it if it was also on the 360?lol Don't fret 360 rpg fans!! Atlus is going to release two games on the 360 and they make pretty good solid rpgs!
