More Halo 3 DLC Multiplayer Maps Info Revealed

but new maps for Halo are more than welcome, I dont think COD4 is going to last me that long, especially with ME coming in just a couple of weeks, I can see me playing all 3 games (AC too) for quite some time but Halo3's extra features will likely keep me coming back well after I've played the hell out of COD4, ME, and AC.

i hate when companies charge for extra maps when the game they release had very few maps in the 1st place.

it makes me feel like i am paying extra for something i should have already.

I disagree, IMO Halo 3's matchmaking system is one of the best out there. The last thing I wanna do is sift through a list of games then try and join one that I like. Then I have to wait for the host to start the game or wait for other players to join, or even get booted out for no apparent reason. It's either that or you join a game half way through and sit there spectating till you can get in the action. That is what most FPS online matchmaking systems are like....rubbish. I just wanna jump into a game and get going...Halo 3 does exactly that.

they should give you the option to choose a gametype and stick with it for as long as you want.

My favorite type is big team slayer but if i wanna play it i have to suffer through boring rounds of territories and assault.

bungie would be better off sorting out its Match Making, so you can pick exactly what levels/features you want. rather than having to quit/veto 40 shotgun-sniper Odd-ball rounds to get a slayer.

Give me a break to those idiots above who said the match making doesnt work, you are all stupid. The only reason why people want to pick their own maps and weapons is becasue they want to play just one level and get really good at it, so they can pretty much dominate anyone who comes in. Perfect example is Rainbow Six Vegas, people only play LVU campus because they know the level inside and out. Match making promotes all levels in the game.

Halo 3... whats that? Call of Duty 4 is where it is at. Releasing a "blockbuster game" with like 5 maps is pathetic. (I'm a 360 gamer but Halo 3 was released too early)
