IGN: Xbox 360 Games of Fall 2007

When a game as big as Grand Theft Auto IV gets delayed to '08, you'd expect the holiday season to look slimmer. That is not the case this year. In fact, the loss of GTA IV just means a dozen AAA games are coming instead of a baker's dozen. People who say that usually are talking about exclusives. The vast majority of the games listed above are actually multiplatform so don't shame yourself.

Halo 3 is on my list, aswell as PGR4 and Naruto. I must be the only one not interested in Mass Effect lol

I can't understand how 360 fans who like fast paced adventures could pass up Uncharted: Drake's Fortune, Ratchet & Clank, and UT3 with mods.Then Eye of Judgement, Folklore, Heavenly Sword, Warhawk, Haze, Time Crisis 4, and Singstar. Then my ishh, GT5 Prologue! And wireless Rockband plus multiplats! Then 2008 is a exclusive spank fest. To each his on.

Uncharted looks very good and I will be swapping consoles with my cousin so I can play that game. We swapped consoles months ago so I could play Resistance and he could play Gears. Hopefully they'll fix the questionable AI from recent gameplay videos. Ratchet and Klank is for kids and I don't care about mods for Unreal. All the other games u listed are 7 or 8 at best. The 360 has its fair share of big games coming out in 2008...Ninja Gaiden 2, Huxley, Fable 2, Alan Wake, Halo Wars, etc...

The ps3 is still FAR BEHIND in game quality.

Well, if you consider the exclusives coming up, in addition to the usually better performing multi-platforms, there's no competition for the 360 this holiday. I just picked up Eternal Sonata and I have to finish HS on PS3. Halo next week, then next month I have Orange Box, Ratchet and Clank, and Katamari all paid for.

I will be getting 5 titles here Halo 3, PGR4, Mass Effect CoD4 and Assassin's Creed. PC: Crysis and UT3. PS3: R&C and Uncharted. Add PC upgrade to that I am close to being broke.

ahhhhh most of those games shown were multi, so yea they have games, but then also that means ps3 has games, so nobody is losing, so we have to then come to in conclusion since most of those games up there for 360 being multi shows the 360 has games, with 4 exclusives and the ps3 has games with i think more exclusives, so we really cant be using the whole " the ps3 doesnt have games" if the 360 then has games

I'm telling you...the 360 has to be one of the best consoles of all time. We're talking back to back AAA titles. Forza 2, Bioshock, Halo 3, Mass Effect, and PGR4!!! DAMN that is insane.

With 2008 releasing Ninja Giaden 2, Splinter Cell: Conviction, Fable 2, Huxley, Alan Wake, Halo Wars, Marvel Online, Too Human, etc... It's easy to see that the 360 is second to none! :)

There can be no doubt that Microsoft still has great games out coming on the Xbox 360 but from what I understand of those who moan saying "what after Halo 3?", is that they mean "what other games/franchises will have a similar pulling effect/impact as Halo or Gears?"

With Sony, they have Final Fantasy and MGS4 as their main franchises. Although they have other exclusives, these are not as popular and this is the main point. So I could ask, "whats after those two games?" and there is only IP to be relied on. Same thing for Microsoft.

You cant have an endless list of games that will sell 2m+ copies in the first week or day. Its stupid.
