well thats always been an issue with me and madden online. although ive only played via the ps2, going on 3 years now. I'm not sure what the lag they are talking about, is it like horrible lag where the players jump and you can't do move for a good second? I'v always hated the the miniscule micro second in between when I push the button and the player executes the move. I mean its not horrible lag and by all means its very playable, but its the whole the guy in not doing what i want him to the exact moment i press the button. I play a lot with friends offline, and i get used to the timing playing that way. I jump online and everying is off by 1/4 of a second and it drives me nuts. I play secondary and pressing the triangle at the right moment is critical, so i dunno, hope its not horrible lag, but i hope they fix that damn timing issue. Oh yeah, and playing online always messes up my timing offline, im always jumping too early, god its frustrating.

I still might get it as well, but that 7 sec to pick your play thing is kinda whack, should be like 10-15sec or something.

Ok if this guy had the final build game then I would panic...but he even says it isn't. So until someone pulls the game out of a box, puts it in the console and says...OMG its bugged...I ain't gonna worry.

EA, I can't believe they don't care enough to ever get the online play to work well. I am an avid Tiger Woods player and that game is horrible online. The worst thing is you don't want to hold your breath for a patch because you will be dead before EA knows there is a problem. It's a shame that they don't even care for the juggernaut that is Madden football. I hope it's not true, But they are guilty till proven innocent in my book.

really i find that this was things i all ready knew .madden sucks hardcore on the next gen fasho and now that 2k8 came with the real football you cats can really see just how much they really do .heres an test .who ever gets the game madden i assume most already have 2k8 ,lets just see how much e.a. left out there next gen football.when compared it seems like they forgot everything but the people on the field .for 60 bucks you e.a. nutt huggers are getting an unfinished game with an roster update lol lolol how wack .ohhh yeah they touched up the control,... lame
