Marathon: Durandal - now available on Live Arcade

Bungie's early work, Marathon, is now available to download on the Xbox Live Arcade. Marathon is credited as the game that eventually led to the creation of the Halo series.

Marathon Durandal costs 800 MS points. It is avaialble in all regions.

Its not that bad accually just get used to the motion sickness and you will be fine (oooww my head is spining got to lay down)

2 - This game is dire!

I cannot see what all the hype is about. This game is sterile experience and is not even as fun as the original Doom. Although it has ok graphics given when it was released I have say it does not hold up well and offers nothing in the way of satisfying gameplay.

I'm glad XBLA allows you to try before you buy as 800 points for this seems a little high.

I was a big Marathon fan back in the day and spent hours making mods in forge. That said, I think Doom holds up better; having computer terminals tell you to push switches and find keycards is not any more fun than just finding them yourself.

Motion sickness is crazy in this game I played for 10 minutes and my head was spinning and I was burping
