1 - Darkness Better On The 360!

There you have it lemmings. (although by that badly compressed video you wouldn't know it) Another better game on the 360 then the ps3. Sony only wants to compare first party games, because they are exclusive, and therefore no copy can be critiqued.

@4.2: I guess you believe IGN is on the payroll as well, correct?

Although comparisons blow, your completely wrong on this a$$hole. THis is crap quality video and you can still tell the ps3 one is better.
Which screen has real blacks? The PS3. Which screen as crappy green puke colored blacks? The RedRing360.

2 - Told you guys GameTrailers editorials are biased towards PS3 and against 360

The bias at GameTrailers is subtle, but it's there.

So far, GameTrailers is the ONLY site that shows The Darkness PS3 have better graphics than The Darkness 360. ALL OTHER reviews show 360 has better graphics.

gave you + feedback man, well said. looking at video on the internet compared to playing it on a good HD screen is pretty pointless; not the same thing. and in the end its PS3 and 360, systems with good grphx so theres no worries.

2.3 - I'm not too sure I trust IGN

I have played this game on both systems and I could swear it looks better on PS3. I'm not beaing a fanboy just honest.

Anyway I did some background checking on IGN. IGN is owned by gamespy
yes its the same gamespy that had a big role in making XBOX LIVE! also many other deals with Microsoft they have shaken hands with in the past here is just one link.

Its quite hard to tell, i've seen a few videos of them side by side, and most of time they look, the same.

From what i've seen, the ps3 has better Lighting.

5 - Its just a game review..

And frankly there is nothing on all videos i have seen that dictate a clear winner so for all intent and purposes of the average gamer PS3 version= Xbox version graphics wise and with:
Online 360>PS3 (barely for this game in particular adding p2p lag and psn lack of XMB)
Game content ps3>360 (but who cares its just more movies on tv and stuff)

I declare it a tie now keep on flaming guys good luck.

cant ps3 people just admit to something? y are u always accusing sites of being biased? if they were on the ps3 side u wouldn't complain so y is it that in even crystal clear comparisons where the xbox version looks better u still say it doesn't? guys it really makes u look like sore losers, hey the original xbox had better graphics than the ps2 and the ps still prevailed so don't think that just becus the 360 versions of games have better graphics and frame rates means the ps3 is gonna do bad. Just be fair and give the 360 credit that it has some strong points xbox ppl give credit to ps3 even the microsoft ppl give credit to ps3 so y do u guys and sony have to be so hateful to the 360. how about a comment on the game...IT IS FUN AS HELL.

i got to say...those Riddick guys sure make a good game.

they really have the handle on presentation...they really bring a movie quality to games.

about the comparison:
the guy mentions the 360 version has a orange out line around things when using darkness...like that was a feature to handle jaggies. well for those of you who have not played the game...that is just the night vision you gain while using you darkness powers, so the ps3 version should have that too.

also he mentions that because of the blueray on the playstation that you can turn on a tv and switch channels and watch full length movies or shows...well, my 360 copy you can do the same.

so he gives two things that one does not have over the other...when they both do.

the only real question here is if you have a ps3 or a 360 then what are you waiting for...go buy this game...go

No there wasn't.

OK there were jaggies and framerate drops but who cares, I mean the're both the same game and while the 360 is a bit better now, I sure that next year the developers will have a handle on the ps3 and will be able to pump out incredible games that are better on the ps3.

But really none of this matters because the two games are exactly the same through eyes that are blind of fanboy ness(?). As my two friends can testify.

I like the 360 version, I find it more better than ps3. I screen doesn't shake as much. Other than that it's pretty much the same. It's a very small difference, you hardly notice.
