.....at which point did they care? Was it the bit where they basically denied the existance of RRoD til it got out of hand? Or denial of E74 errors or disc scratching? Ooo, how about banning hundreds of thousands of 'modded' consoles, regardless if the owner knew the console was modded or not?

Lol, free RRoD repairs compared to a 150 dollar fee for ANY broken PS3 console. You seriously bringing up modded consoles? If it's modded it should be b& no warning.
