It was my mate who had the game on PC who talked me into getting it. I know he loved it and had zero issues...

I am glad he did =)

He was gutted he didn't have the exclusive PS3 obsidian suit when he saw me playing it =p

The game ran fine on my PC and was smooth as hell too. I'm pretty sure they're making a PC version, but even if they're not, I have a PS3 too.

It was a pretty good game, I just felt it could have been MUCH shorter. Maybe the sequel will find the right balance between an awesome game and when to say "goodbye".

Take as much time as you need, boys. The first Dead Space was excellent (if not a couple levels too long IMO) and I look forward to the next one.

Wish I could say the same for the next Resident Evil. :(

i hate games where the main char do not talk. Love games where they add their own 2 cents such as Nate or Tidus from FF. hate Breath of Fire main char as well, never talk

If the main character of Dead Space had anything to say, it would be limited to "Sh!t, Sh!t!!! What the f*ck is that!!!! Oh, my God!!!" Yeah, that's probably why he doesn't speak, because the only rational response to those necromorphs is to curse.

10 - I'm glad to hear this
I was really worried that the lackluster sales of the first one, would deter EA from allowing a sequel. Dead Space is still in my top 5 games so far this generation and wished more people would have recognized how good this game really was...well at least more people would have bought the game and supported those that made it.

Again, very happy to hear this and can't wait for it to come out.

Best game this generation so far to me sure there are other IP ND that deserve to be up there 2 and they are but i loved dead space i really did everything about it ws funa nd playing on hard on the first play thru made the game shine. Never enough ammo always like crap i hope nothing pops out cuz i ahve no ammo at all feeling then something does pop out an dyou run like a little girl :)

Great freking game my uncle was one of te lead devs on this but left for Namco right after this game relesed so i wont get no early copy this time : (

I highly anticipate the sequal. Just so creative in so many ways.

And after seeing their work in DS1, I'm sure that Dante's Inferno will turn out great as well. Kudos to you, Visceral, for making awesome games!!
