some of the fallout DLC was awesome though. Broken Steel and point lookout were especially great.

yea, exactly. Fallout 3 did have some GREAT DLC. I even really enjoyed operation anchorage. But DLC such as mothership zeta wasn't very good. The first DLC for mass effect (bringing down the sky) was really good.

I miss the feeling of buying a completed games like we used to get.
It seems back in the olden days, games had more content to explore due to the lack of DLC or online play.

Argh, Bioware. No story? NO STORY?!

This is what pisses me off about these hybrid games. ME (and F3 for that matter) is a RPG-- NOT a shooter. I don't want to play goddamn "combat scenarios" with no plot-- and in a game with only 'serviceable' battle mechanics. I can enjoy the battle system but we all know, like F3, it is not a pure shooter. So stop pretending it is.

The strength of this game was never in its combat, it's the story-telling ability and expansive lore. Focus on providing content that expands that. Being veterans of the industry, Bioware should already know this.

I'll wait for other reviews. I don't have a clue who Pinnacle Station is. I'm not expecting to be blown away anyway, I just want to have a little extra fun with Mass Effect before Mass Effect 2 comes out.

i havent played it yet so i cant say but if its a bit low on story, that would be ok with me. Since the main game is extremely dialog heavy, which isnt a bad thing.

But i think ill give it a miss, just setting myself up for ME2

The only failure here is the Playstation 3. Everyone knows Mass effect 2 is where the major fun is going to be at and your Playstation 3 isn't getting it. =)

Hmmmm. I have to give you this one. But hey wasn't that DLC for Grand Thef Auto great and all that DLC for Fallout 3. Man didn't you like that part where....oh what???? you didn't get any of that DLC??? It wasn't available on the PS3? Really? Bummer.

Sweaty ball Saaking is making fun of the Xbox 360 once again. What a surprise! For a guy that supposably has both the PS3 and 360, you sure hate the Xbox for some reason. Is it because you realized how stupid you were for putting so much money towards a blu ray player that you feel the need to defend it in 360 articles?

It's quite amusing that all you PS3rd fanboys have nothing to say about Fat Princess now that it's a complete flop. What happened to it being the best downloadable arcade game? What happened with those review scores? It's been so quiet since it's release, i sometimes wonder if the game was ever released. Oh well, like they say, sh1t happens! Here are some examples.. Killzone 2 , Fat Princess, inFAMOUS just to name a few. You should ask a couple of your N4G fanboy crew to finish off the list. lol

Speaking of arcade titles.. is there even anything new that's worth a download on the PSN? Just checking because one of two friend's i know that own a PS3rd told me that there is nothing but garbage. The other friend is kinda hooked on 1 vs 100 at the moment so his PS3 is collecting dust once again. Either way, no PS3rd for me until i see it in the bargain bin for $25 or less.
