Great. More gameplay with a broken control scheme.

The controls on the wii version where mostly sweet , big gfx hit of course though :( a modder might could enable wii mote usage on the pc version. That would be ultimate.

1.2 - broken control?
this game was garbage, just gutter trash. The graphics were underwhelming, the powers were too. Hell the characters seemed stale and animation stiff. The worst thing was when soul calibur 4 took the apprentice and did the character better than the force unleashed.

You can compare TFU apprentice and SC4 and the one in SC4 is vicious he fights with a reverse grip and he looks cooler.

I hope the PC version they announced to us today will fix this.

Well this issue in the control scheme isn't likely one that is easy to fix as it is an embedded game design. No movement and use of force powers.

I did ok with the PS 3 version of it, but I had to admit, that Pull the Star Destroyer level down was a pain.

^ yeah, I was thinking about that when I seen the headline.

I wonder if the Sony claims that ALL the game after 2009 have to include trophies will be apply on this title? Well, I think yes... and that's a sell factor for the PS3 version if you think about it.

Thanks God, I didn't pick it up the game... now if the game INDEED includes trophies, I will buy it.

But LucasArts twittered earlier today that the Sith version will support Trophies. So I'll at least give it a shot. I'm a big Star Wars geek, so this will for sure be a rental.

Ok since when was this announced for the PC ? The last I heard of this game (other than it wasn't very good) was that the PC apparently doesn't have the power to run this game !!!!!!

Seriously I don't know what the hell is going on at Lucasarts these days but they can take their force unleashed game and shove it where the lightsaber doesn't shine.

I am absolutely knocked sideways by this. I mean I am not actually bothered about the game any more I was expecting something like Jedi Academy and it turned out to be a bog standard "Hack and Slash" game.

However the sheer audacity of Lucasarts really does totally blow me away. Less than a year ago they were claiming you would need a $4,000 PC to run this game at the same level as the console, hence no PC version.

I mean seriously does Lucasarts have no integrity left, I really couldn't give a stuff about Force Unleashed any more so as far as I am concerned they can "go forth and multiply".

Too damn true:

"[If we made the game for high-end PCs], someone with a low-end PC would have a watered down experience, they would have to turn all the settings down and it wouldn't be the same game. On the other hand if we made that game for as many people as possible then it's not taking advantage of what those $4,000 systems can do."

A bald-faced lie. Now they've decided to operate in reality and want us to buy into their crap. They have no shame.

10 - I hate this
that Luke Skywalker Hoth level will only be available for the boxed edition and not a DLC according to gamespot. So we support them by buying their game. We buy their DLC. And they reward us by giving us another level, escept this time we gotta buy the new version of the game with all the DLC levels all over again. They better make this DLC in the end.

I have the same issue with DVDs when they put out an edition, then repackage it and send it out again, this time adding something new. I have always cahampioned that they should allow anyone who has an earlier version of a film or game to trade in the old one and upgrade to the new one for a flat fee, say 10-15 dollars.
