1 - Great news.
Loved the first one.

The story was the best I have come across in a game.
They just have to fix the death sequence.

The first game is fun. I feel the criticisim comes from the long dev cycle as it relates to the end product. Duke forever would likely have gotten the same remarks. To easy to jump all over this game without playing it yet if you do play it you find it to be enjoyable.

Controls aren't as hard to get used to as first thought. I am sure the second game will take way less time. Maybe even switch up to using unreal engine 4.

I surprisingly also liked the first game, its a great diablo-esque dungeon crawler, but I definitely would not say it had a good story.

I quite enjoyed the first one, it didnt really do anything new but it was a fun grind with decent gfx and a nice story and good co-op. I will check out number2 if they make it

As a big fan of all that is Norse I love the sci-fi twist on the story of Ragnarok. Too Human 1 was just the start, the battles in 2 & 3 should be epic.

I enjoyed the first game as well. Changing the death sequence is a big plus and the rate at which healthpacks is dropped. Better yet, change the health system all together. I always end up dying because healthpacks never drop when you truly need it. It really sucked that you couldn't heal yourself.

Oh yeah, put back in the 4player co-op.

I guess I'll echo everyone else. I enjoyed the first game. There were some poor design choices but the game was enjoyable. Hopefully the second is better polished, better designed and better paced. It seems like that game only got entertaining in the final third.

Seeing as we are requesting changes...

1. Get rid of the whole "cyberspace" bit...waste of time running around trying to unlock doors
2. Tighten up Aesir (or whatever the homebase was called)...annoying having to walk all the way from one end to the other just to find out what you mission is only to have to travel all the way back to your ship...or at least let me kill some people on the way. All of that travelling reminded me of the vast empty spaces in Oni
3.Let us fast forward cut scenes....not just the Valkyrie one...all of them
4.Maybe a jump button?

2 - Yes, flops deserve second chances. A game can be less than mediocre but the sequel can be AAA material
I just hope the developer won't talk as much BS with the sequel as he did with the first installment.

2.3 - @2.1 THe main difference with the two is
though KZ1 didn't do so well with reviews it still sold in the millions (over 2mill) on the PS2 so it was fairly easy to not only go for a sequel but also have Sony invest in acquiring the developer.

In the case of Too Human, the reviews, though average, did better than the sales of the game and that makes it harder to bring out a sequel. Even if it did something, anything mild there could be better hope.

Like even Lair is reported to have roughly sold over 500k WW but this game looks like it's struggling to get to 150k WW. Regardless, if the developers can find a way to bring out a sequel to this game they really should. I've never played the game but with all the hands on vids I'd seen of it's gameplay, I have no clue why it caught so much hate from the 360 fanbase. Maybe cause gaming sites starting hating on the developer for some reason and sheep just followed. I don't know but I sure dont' get it.

I would love to see what could be added into a Too Human 2. I would love to see the four-player co-op mode added. I think TH2 could be really nice if done right. So I welcome this move and can't wait to see what new stuff will be added.

Course they are working on a sequel they've been saying its a trilogy for an age now. Really enjoyed the first one although the lack of variety in environments really started to get repetitive but it was good fun.

I enjoyed Too Human despite its flaws. I just wished that the controls were not as tacky as they were. Other than that, the story was really good and the voice acting was pretty good, though it did have some exaggeration in them in some moments in the game. The customization in Too Human was amazing. Lots of options and upgrades to choose from. Just what I expected in a RPG. :]

I just hope Silicon Knights learn from their mistakes and fix all the flaws to make Too Human 2 an awesome game.

14 - Oh please no...
Got 10 minutes into playing the first and threw my controller down in exasperation. Meh...just wasn't too fond of them pushing their neo-viking theme too much. (And I guess I kind of sucked at it!)

as long as they let me continue my character from the first I'll be happy. That, and they need to balance the classes better.

Otherwise I wont pick the game up.
