Britz confirm to Gamesindustry.biz that the Possession team is, infact working and a new game with ideas from Possession.
Possession is 100% alive and kicking, from the article:

"Work on Possession is temporarily on hold but only because we've reassigned the team to work on a major new project on PS3 and Xbox 360," said a senior spokesperson for the company.

This game has been in development for quite some time. When i read about it in like 2005 i thought it was an excellent game. I just hope they can get this game out for the Xbox 360 and PS3 without canning it.

wow, i haven't heard about that game since it's initial showing at E305, although it didn't have me going nuts i was interested in seeing it. Good to kno that it's not Canned. and now i'm even more curious about this new title that they are working on. If anything. both these games from Blitz will probably hit at the end of 2008
