1.4 - I have a question...
One of my mates in the states wants to buy this bundle but he's worried that the Elites in the bundles are old non jasper systems, is this true?

2 - That's a pretty damn good bundle!
Much better than some of the other bundles where it's just to get rid of overstocked games no-one wants.

Awesome bundle.

But it pisses me off they don't support Rare like they do Lionhead. Why not chuck in Banjo Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts as well?

Cause I don't think anyone gave Nuts & Bolts, GotY? It is an awesome game though.

3.4 - They'll probably do it around Christmas
It's always Christmas when the 'family' bundles come out :

2009:
Kung Fu Panda + Lego Indy with Pro
Sega Superstars Tennis with Arcade

2008:
Viva Pinata (see? Rare game in a bundle) + Forza 2 with Pro

Then, in the mid-year they do the 'adult' bundles (free Halo Wars with 360 / Killzone 2 with PS3).

I'm sure Banjo will happen this Christmas since it will be sold for cheap then.

That's a pretty good bundle. I've seen some really awesome bundles out for the 360 since just before Christmas...multiple free games is awesome.

sounds good! just as long as the games have a seperate case each, not that combined thing that Viva Pinata and Forza 2 had.

No doubt it will have the combined case: Lego Indiana and Kung Fu did didn't it? I know the Sega Smash and Arcade games was also combined...

8 - The problem with this bundle....
...is that it's the old chipset.

At least that's what I've read on various sites, such as the customer reviews on Newegg & Amazon.

I almost picked up this bundle, but opted for the Resident Evil Elite instead.

8.1 - I dunno...
This is talking about the Australian version of the bundle with PAL 360s. Might be different than the US version of the bundle.

After all, later last year Jasper 360s in 360 Pro consoles appeared in Australia most frequently first (bought a Pro in November for my dad for Christmas, was a Jasper when opened).

I guess we'll need to see when the bundle actually comes out, since it hasn't been released here yet.

9 - Speaking of bundles...
I want a blue 360 bundle with Halo 3: ODST this Christmas!

The RE5 360 was awesome, and a blue one to match ODST would be awesome. It would be great if each blockbuster game release had a bundle with a specially coloured console.

My suggestions:
- Deep metallic blue for Halo 3: ODST
- Deep aqua with rust highlights on the edges for Bioshock 2
- Orange for Mass Effect 2 (since it seems to be using orange for its logo this time)
- Radar green for Modern Warfare 2
- Black with red blood down the side for Gears of War 3
- Faded purple for FFXIII
- Pure, glossy white for Mirror's Edge 2 (if it comes)

Now if they only started making the cases special, like they did with the 1st-gen xbox's, they'll sell like hotcakes in winter . .

When MS started selling the special Limited Edition 1st-Gen Xbox's, such as the Crystal, Green, Blue, white etc, many of which were limited runs, they sold out in no time flat. There were many varieties of each, and even Mountain Dew had their own one which today is worth a considerable amount of money if you want one. Like the Limited Simpsons 360.

I do not have a single boring BBB (big black box) all mine are Limited Editions and well worth the investment. I sold one DOA Blue for almost $AU1000 once, and some have fetched well above that now.

They needn't create such a limited number, as the scabs would get them first, but at least make them for a period of time, or special ones for certain 1st-Party titles, or limited runs like the Resident Evil 5 Red edition which looked great btw.

With the 1st-gen Xboxs I have a UK/European Crystal Limited Edition with 2 controllers, a normal Australian Crystal LE (), a PGR 2 Limited Edition Crystal, the usual Halo Elit Force Pack Green (x2).

SO come on MS, use your head and start appealing to the collectors out there, they'll sell faster than you can make them. That's a given.

11 - I have a QUESTION
I dont know about halo 3, but about fable 2, yes X-PLAY/G4TV gave fable 2 GOTY. so any "credible" website can choose their own GOTY and have that game be known as GOTY? so why the fck do we need to have x amout of G'sOTY. why cant it only be 1 game? shouldnt the Video Game Awards GOTY be the one and only GOTY???

someone reply to me. thnx
