So how can a new developer on PGR make it even better?

It's a tricky question. Bizarre Creations has taken its expertise and knowledge to Activision, to create Blur. Which leaves Microsoft with Project Gotham Racing in name only, as they look to recreate the success of PGR2 and PGR3 all over again.
