LucasArts: Still hope for next-gen Indy game

There is "always hope" for a "next-gen" Indiana Jones game, LucasArts has said.

Speaking to VideoGamer.com, voice director David Collins revealed that the "next-gen" versions of Indiana Jones and the Staff of Kings, a game due out for all major platforms except the 360 and PS3, were canned because of "timing" and "financial" reasons.

I really hope Indiana Jones does come out on the PS3 and 360. If done right the game could give Uncharted a run for its money. I would love to see what could be done with car chases or boat chases.

I would love to be able to play as Indy hanging on the side of the car or having to hang under the car like in the Movies and then climb up and pull the guy out of the car.

I just hope if Indy does come out on the PS3 and 360 the Nazi's are put back in the series.
