Can anyone confirm the size of this DLC? It is probably a key to unlock the content from the disc.

Not on the disc, it might use assets from the disc but the new content itself is not. Given what this adds the filesize is just about right. I loved Wheelman, this DLC is definitely on my list when I get some points.
