Honestly, The artwork is FANTASTIC!

The in game screens, not so much.

Could be because its an unfinished product, I dunno. But if this is anything like the first one stay far far far far away from it.

Played the first, will very much pass this one. Give me a more Shadow Hearts instead! That'd even make me buy an arcade unit just to play it (I've sold my elite, needed money :/)

I think MS should try to aquire a 1st party developer that focuses on western rpgs instead of putting all their energy on jrpgs. Would be cool to see a 1st party studio who's main focus is to develop wrpgs like the ones from BioWare and Bethesda.

mmm after this and the video i'm not liking the models so much , and since i cant judge the gameplay yet ... and wouldnt want to judge it based on the awful first game ...

I dunno , it might be Blade and souls "fault" . I dont see why the models and faces looks so poor and not well detailled in cutscenes and cg sequences ...

I really dont get it ... it's the part where graphics are supposed to be at their best in these games , and usually Hyung Tae Kim's do shine there , because of his art , but also some good work in the realisation .

Sorry but all i see here , without the gameplay to judge it properly , is something inferior by far to Star ocean 4 , with Hyung Tae Kim's design .

PS : and for all the deserved or not crap the hero of the first one got for his effeminate looks ... this new guy looks quite generic and lame . I mean they even felt like adding one or two colored hair to make him less lame , really ?

hideous game, i hated the first game, i got it only because of his art, the timing system was cool but in order to see enemies u had to have sword out and walk slow? lame,

im sure they will remove that but the 3d character models r hideous, doesnt do the art justice. wow i dont even care if this comes to ps3.

valkyrie profile 2 on ps2 looks better than this. tho that game was beautiful
