Take a top shelf magazine on to the London underground and you'll quickly be ridiculed and called something insulting. Behind closed doors, things are a different matter though. If you're one of those gamers that usually likes to have your games displayed on a shelf, it's likely Onechanbara: Bikini Samurai Squad will not be one of them. Instead, it'll be hiding in your sock draw, right next to Dead or Alive: Xtreme Beach Volleyball and that specialist magazine you bought "for the articles". But surely, a game that contains Zombies, samurai swords and half naked girls should be one to brag about, right? Oh dear!
Set in modern day Tokyo, a zombie outbreak has occurred. It's down to you (a bikini clad cowgirl who likes to play with samurai swords) and your school girl friend to rid the city of the undead. The torture, I mean the game consists of 20 levels of sword slashing, more sword slashing, and very little else to go with the constant sword slashing. Along the way there are plot twists, but you just won't care, as attached to the uninteresting story is a lot of extremely monotonous and dull game-play."
