Hardcore, year-round college basketball fans aren't the target market for the NCAA Basketball 09: March Madness Edition download since they'll more than likely already own NCAA College basketball 09; EA has taken care of the devout collegiate hoops fans with a free bracket download that's essentially like an in-game version of the NCAA Basketball 09: March Madness Edition standalone. But for the rest of the loony bracket heads out there-those that would never buy a retail version of a college basketball game but follow the tourney religiously-NCAA Basketball 09: March Madness Edition is the best ten dollars that you could ever spend in the month of March. Well, besides that massive ten-spot pool that meemaw put you in over at the Knights of Columbus.
