1 - Exclusives should not be compared. Because they're not on the same console.
One exclusive is orientated to a certain crowd while the other isn't.

Mario games are clearly for the Wii Audience.

Gears of War and other Big strong, coming in and Kicking your A$$ type of games are for the Xbox Audience.

Metal Gear Solid and other similar exclusives are for the thinkers, and people who've grown up with certain franchises. Also people who expect the unexpected. This is for the PlayStation Audience.

Even if you were to compare both it would be easy to see ps3 has the best upcoming exclusives. Though i believe the 360 will have it's fair share, i also believe the ps3 has it beat hands down. Just my opinion.

Yeah, I enjoy good games with lot of strategic gameplay and lots of cutscenes. MGS4 and VC for the win. I'm still waiting for White Knight Chronicles and FFVs.XIII.

As much as I loved the 360 games of last year, the PS3 had the best scoring games this year and regardless of scores, the games that came to the PS3 were my all time favorites. LBP beats out all of the titles released this year for me and no matter the system it is on, it is the game for me.

Which exclusives are better? It's heavily based on personal preferences. It's obvious that fanboys will like games from their console, some gamers will go above it and like the games that were truly appealing to them etc.
And yet again, metacritic. This isn't worthy, all the author have done was copying numbers and titles, and writing few own arguments.

That was poorly done..this has been done in several articles and it does not add up to that

Where's Left 4 Dead? The game has a 90 avg on Meta....ther's no excuse about being in pc because if it was that ..then he should have added PC games to the list..its obviously about console games and won't even add that game? pfff

We couldn't put L4D as a PC exclusive either.

An exclusive game is a game that is only on ONE gaming
platform, left 4 dead is available on two gaming platforms.

And before you put me down as a jealous fanboy, check my gamercard in my profile - i own and love the game on 360.

The author is referring to console exclusives. As he mentioned below that mobile phones weren't consoles. If he added pc, and mobile phones, he would have to add PSP and DS. There are so many gaming platforms out there. Plus, the title says WIIvsPS3vs360 exclusives. So they can ONLY be on those three.

Wow, I though the Title said: "Which has the better Exclusives"

Exclusive Definition: not divided or shared with others.

If a game is "Exclusive" It can ONLY be played on that Platform no?

What you are saying is "its Exclusive, but its also on PC" which is a contradiction to the word Exclusive.

Saying one console has better exclusives is subjective to the person who is judging them. Bob Dole agrees with your statement of the PS3 having better exclusives, but there's lots of people that would disagree with us. Everyone's best bet is to get both consoles and skip out on the Wii. :)

Can't see the point. If i just bought exclusives on any of the consoles, i wouldn't have many games to play.The games i like are mostly out each year like Fifa,Madden ,COD and the likes, so i wouldn't buy a console for an exclusive game.Gta and RE5 and games like those are all great games, and i play them all on the 360 as at this moment in time it's still the best console for mutiformats, especially for the multiplayer side

360 fans just cannot except the fact that the best games are on PS3. I have every single one of the games listed for the PS3 and still p;ay them all the time. Like I said, SONY keep bringing the games that TRUE gamers love and want to play, M$ will just copy you. 19 - I hope this adds a little value to the Gamer Zone
As a gamer I'm compelled to play games I find enjoyable. To debate which console had the "Best exclusive" is all a matter of a persons opinion. This opinion you'll either agree or disagree with depending on your gaming tastes.

The only comparison I really can think of that could be factual is which had more exclusives which is not opinionated but factul numbers, but in the long run who cares about numbers as long as you get the games you personally want to play and the benefit of enjoyment from the system(s) you own.

Since Fable 2 and Gears of War 2 will most likely end up on PC as well.

It might take a year or so, but eventually PC owners will be able to enjoy those games as well, making them not exclusives. Sorry, but if you can get any game for two systems, it's not an exclusive.

games and launch up in history you ever says sony dosent have games must be living in the past cause i have 45 ps3 games and im happy with what the machine has given me plus killzone 2 will blow left 4 dead of the rader and its only a month for it to launch here in australia it comes out feb 26th i wished sony had finished the getaway and 8 days and put it on retail shelves
