1.1 - yeah it does look great...
This game looks like it will be one of the best so far, those screens look awesome but honestly I don't like the traditional JRPG's (gameplay/fighting mechanic just too slow and annoying for my tastes) which is the only reason why I can't get excited about SO4....now as far as Alan Wake goes it will no doubt be a day 1 purchase for me if the few previews I've read are indeed close to what the game will deliver.

1.2 - I think Alan Wake is going to be on a whole other level then this game.
I'm sure there are a ton of people like yourself looking foreword to this game, but I don't really see anything that grabs me and tells me that I need to play this game.

Of course, I have yet to see any gameplay footage.

I love being a JRPG fan some good titles been released and a few more coming this year. I will be picking this one up along with a few others announced for 360/PS3.

Great scans, worth a further look!... but IMO I find myself caring less and less for JRPG's that regurgitate old archetypes and stories in this generation of consoles. Its almost as if other gaming genres have progressed and the RPG still fights on with the old standards.

I guess I'm only waiting on FFXIII to re-ignite my interest in JRPG's, and if that fails, then so be it!
