Condemned was a lot of fun. I'd have to take breaks to get over the spooky when I first started playing it... which wore off mostly towards the end.

C'mon, where's Bomberman? It's now under $30 at my store! ;) Seriously, Chromehounds just dropped to $29, and although it's not quite in the realm of the five listed titles, it's not bad. Worth a look.
