That was probably the smartest thing you ever did, because after that the waters started to muddy considerably. I tried to play the most recent tony hawk and gave up after a meager 2 hours. A reboot was needed and I think Skate brought it.

Man.. if you only played Tony Hawk, you're missing out.. and the controls are a little difficult to get used to, but once you do they aren't bad at all. Just think of the first FPS you played with dual analogs ;)

what's wrong with rap/hiphop?

it's just a genre of music, some of it sucks, some of it is awesome (like Wu-Tang Clan - Protect Ya Neck on this soundtrack!)

i'm so hyped for this.. 2009 is gonna start real awesome, Skate 2 and Killzone 2. no one can drag me away from my ps3, haha.

and Skate 2 has Marc Johnson as a playable character! i've waited to see him in a skate game for SO LONG! (since the first Tony Hawk Pro Skater). he's such an amazing skateboarder, go see some of his tricks and you'll see. smooth style and varied, original tricks.. real impressive guy.
