Fable II conjures up 1.5 million in sales

Microsoft just revealed that 1.5 million copies of Fable II were sold worldwide during its first two weeks at retailers, with nearly 800,000 copies being sold in the U.S.

its kinda wierd how lbp sold so low. well really its only the 'gaming nerds' as ourselves that know what lbp is about and how cool it is. but for the average joe out there they look at this game and they see mickey mouse or something really kiddy and just wont buy it.i think thats the problem. and it probably wont sell.

anyone buying the DLC? it seems like they just took it out at the last second just to be sold as dlc. fable 2 just came out 1 month ago , i doubt they created all that in 1 month.

3 months after release gamers complain,11 months after release like GTA4 and gamers still complain.So when iexactly would you like the DLC then?

Fable 2 came out 2 months ago on the 21st of October and i am happy that DLC is coming out 3 months after launch.Any longer and i would loose interest.

uhh.. today its november 25th... how exactly is that 2 months? its 1 month. and i didnt complain about gta4 dlc. im buying it on day 1, but this fable 2 dlc seems kind of like it was going to be included and got left out. specially since IN GAME we see a ton of ice worlds in the cutscenes but in game theres none.

Fable 2 had substantial amount of content, it,s not as if you will feel short changed playing the game.

EDIT: there are so many games coming out this holiday so a lot of people would want to move on.I know i almost traded my copy of Fable 2 and gears 1 for L4D, but the announcement concerning the DLC made me change my mind.And for 800mp, i think it's a good deal.
