Dead Island - Still in development from Snappy Gamer

All of this Left 4 Dead malarky has reminded Snappy Gamer of another zombie first person shooter in development for 360 and PC; Techland's Dead Island. Snappy Gamer hadn't heard anything about it for ages so decided to drop them an email. Techland's spokesperson said:

"I understand the fans' impatience to get their hands on new media (or the game itself) but there is nothing we can do about that. I can only assure you that the game is in production and better than ever."

Ofcourse, Crysis wont be beaten for a while in gfx department.
But the atmosphere is similar :), but with zombies.

That just owns, i loved Dead rising, i am gonna love this one.
This is gonna be one of the few games i will prefer to play on my pc, instead of my 360.

I dug up the name too: Possession. You were going to play as a master zombie of some sort. You would command them around and fight humans. Wonder if that one is still alive...

It did look awesome and I loved Dead Rising and the L4D demo which I plan on buying soon. Seems they needed more time to work on this game, hope they show a new trailer next year.
