Metal COG Tag Mystery, Gears 2 Site Promises Details This Weekend

The latest Gears 2 trailer flashes a giant metal COG on screen about one minute in, but what does it mean? When asked about it at E for All, the community manager said that the official site would offer up details this weekend.
