My grenade was lobbed from a distance, exploded and split a Nazi soldier in two. It was a "holy s-" moment. 3 - I've never felt bad for killing a virtual Nazi, & I'm not going to start now....
I played my rental copy for a few hours last night, & I'm digging it.

The graphics are a bit shabby, but the story is well told.

The slo-mo "action cam" moments are cool, too.

Obliterating a sandbag wall & the nazis behind it with my bazooka squad for the first time was a highlight.

4 - finished the game and WOW
finiushed the game and this is amazing,the story is one of the best in a game ever i think,its funny yet emotional.
graphjics are good although some bad textures in it sometimes.

overall i would give it 9/10
but i do have a 1080p philips tv with a 600w philips optical 5.1 dolby surround so it was very immersive for me.

Playing it and it has its moments but somehow the CGI trailers shown earlier marred the graphics for me. I think i'm 3/4 of the way now story and action good, graphics OK. 8/10

I got it yesterday and only played it for about 20min so far but the voice acting all seems a bit wooden to me, still time to fire up the PS3 and kill some shermans

I guess I mean, The lips of the people dont really form the words they just tend to move up and down,but they voice acting is not drawing me into the story at all, in fact I would say the cut sceans are boring and I normally really look forward to them. Its hard to pin point one thing but Im just not enjoying it as much as other ppl.

Oh and I think the graphics are poo.

The violence in this game seems very promising. I'm tired of how they sugar-coat the violence in war games. War isn't pretty and this game clearly demonstrates that. Imagine playing a war game with your buddies; it's quiet, you're cautiously looking for the enemy, when all of the sudden one of your buddies in front of you gets his head blown off, blood spattering all over your screen. I want that! I hope more war games follow suit. In the case of a war game, I think intense violence makes it more immersing.

9 - I love this game!
It merries tactical combat/story telling and silky smooth graphics better than most shooters available today. The slomo head shots and dissmemberment effects are a welcome addition too.
