Multiplatform? WTF are you smokin? The PGR IP is owned by Microsoft, which is why Bizzare Creations have to come up with a new racing IP with craptavision, so it will not be multi, and we all know Forza is still coming, I am sure Turn 10 has more than one group of devs.

I hope they don't take the arcade fun out of it..and also what happens to Forza 3..although I played Project Gotham 4 more than Forza 2..Forza is the closest thing Xbox has to GT..also @No Pudding how is PGR5 gonna be multiplatform when M$ owns the IP..

That event seems more and more likely, so many rumours of new games like Forza 3 (from back b4 E3), Killer Instinct 3 (with the music sheet), Halo games from multiple internal studios and now PGR5. Its almost certain to happen

Oh and the pricecut which was annouced early because of the leak

i don't quite know what to say.

i love my 360. i loved pgr2 and i liked pgr 3. i thought it looked great, the cars just didn't handle as good. PGR4 felt like a bigger let down. it still looked great, but the handling.. it felt even worse. i just could not get into it, not as much as i would have liked too.

Forza, the handling was great i know, and i know everyone says its the best sim out there, but i still didn't enjoy it. first i was not impressed with the visuals. and then there were some other things about it. i loved the N-burg ring in pgr, i could do 3 laps easy, but in forza i could not do a complete lap. I heard from a dev friend that the one in forza is actually inaccurate in some places. don't know if anyone felt the same, it's prob just me.

anyway.. if they can do pgr5 and get the handling like forza, or pgr2 and get the visuals like pgr4... or better, that will be the racing game i have been waiting for.

if pgr5 ends up looking like forza did in the visuals, then i will be very disappointed. there were also little things eg; the replays in pgr were so cool to watch, camera angles etc all gave a really exciting feel to it. the replays in forza... boring as !

this could be great news, this could also be bad news. i know turn 10 have a great engine for racers,, but i still think pgr is one of the best looking racers and i am just not sure T10 will get the looks right.

anyway, thats just me rambling. i am talking crap, lets wait and see.

No your not and I highly agree, Forza 2 visually was a massive let down imo however am sure Forza 3 will have the visuals but hopefully its still a top sim as I can see a lot of time and effort went into Forza series.

What Turn 10 need to remember is that the game must look as good as PGR 4 if not better but if they can say use the same engine for the visuals they MUST and I really stress MUST get the handling sorted as for me from PGR 2 to 3 the handling and overall feeling of the car on the road declined and from 3 to 4 it was even worse was like driving on air.

We need the balance and AI back from PGR2 as in 3 it was terrible! Turn 10 have the technical knowledge and therein lies my faith but on visuals lets just hope they know this is PGR they are dealing with.

I just hope that Turn 10 keep the games true to their form. If PGR becomes a sim then I will be disappointed. If they can apply that sim knowledge with PGR but keep it arcadey and improve the graphics(don't make it ugly like Forza) then I will be happy.

Was'nt there an article that circulated a few months back that the next Forza ( 3 ) would ditch it's vaunted sim credentials and go the arcade road...??
