Dont like IW. Why are they so "lazy" when it comes to PS3? No trophies even though BF BC got them last week, We got the maps a month after XBL. And we are going to "POSSIBLE" get the map pack 50% off A WEEK after the xbox.

I agree MAR-TYR-DOM. They are really ticking me off. If you are to charge the PS3 users the same amount of money for the 360 version, we should all get the same exact game.

Activision needs to stop being so stingy with their DD prices. It's still $50 despite being a nearly year old game. Everywhere else it's $30 or $40.

... been waiting for a while for a pricedrop for this game. I hope it will be 30 euro here in Holland, as most budgetgames.

...but will it be the Game of the Year edition, or just the original, that gets the pricedrop!?

GOTY edition I will buy in a heartbeat. Original? I'll wait till I'm in HK again to pick it up there for less than 30.

Your justification that gamers are moving over to Bad Company is because gamestop had 3 used copies of COD4 (released last year) and Bad Company (released in June) did not have any used companies? I do not think that is concrete information for your claim.

Anyhow...does anybody know how online COD 4 for the ps3 holds up to the online experience on the 360? I have been thinking about picking up this title for the ps3....since I have not renewed my LIVE account...and it would be cheaper to just go the ps3 route.

14 - I am SO happy that this happened.
I have already made it through a few levels of Prestige Mode on the PS3 version, and now I will pick up the GOTY edition for the 360 and start pwning people on there:P Now I can also get some achievements, since IW doesn't feel the need to support their community very well. We should get the same support that Halo 3 gets from Bungie, and we should have more maps by now.
