1.1 - I really have a love/hate relationship with this game on the ps3.
with co-op, the boss fabricator becomes really tough because my brother's reflexes aren't good.

So then I played as a single player. I wish it had a drop in co-op play but they didn't put there because of high score cheating. but i don't care about high score, i care about the convenience of having drop in co-op.

Once u know the layout, and techniques, it becomes pretty easy.

But still, it's a one tough game for a normal mode.

I would give it a 8, but there are still lots of annoying things, like random encounters 2 or sometimes 3 in a row. Plus i think they could have put more weapons and more guidance.

AND YES: I one of the most annoying things are just 3 lives. I go back to the beginning, after I meet the boss!

If I lose one life early on, then I might as well quit and go back into the game.

There should be infinetley many lives for special levels, which don't even have a checkpoint and it goes back to the map after three tries.

1. I personally thought the puzzles were very easy to solve.
2. No, there really aren't that many puzzles. You don't even have to solve them but IF you do, you get tips on how to defeat the next boss and you also get enough health orbs to fully replenish your health meter. Each of the main stages (I think there's 12 in total) has one or two puzzles.
3. No, it doesn't support custom soundtracks on PS3 and even if it did, I wouldn't play my own music 'cause the soundtrack in Bionic Commando: Rearmed kicks some serious ass.

You have to turn the box so the circle is facing a cube. When you do that, press X (on PS3). That will move the ball to the box. Keep moving the ball until you get to the green box. Simple once you know what to do.

3 - One of the best things...
...is the movie under extras that shows the original BC game transitioning into BC:R, which in turn transitions into the upcoming BC title. I use to play the original as a kid and I'm loving BC:R and the upcming BC just looks brilliant!

4 - 110,000 is not a lot....
especially considering the amount of excellent game to be had for 10-15 dollars. This game is a steal to say the least. I think 1 million would be a better number, considering this game is practically being given away for the price. If you don't have this game yet, you should definitely get it (unless you HATE this type of game.. it's pure genius).

You should get this game unless you hate great games.

4.2 - You people always think that if a game doesn't sell 1 million in 1 week then it's a commercial fail and that's simply bogus.
Further more, this is a DL game and it's pay structure is vastly different to packaged games. Again, games, espcially Dlable games, don't have to sell 1 million copies in one month to be a success.

I did not say it failed -.- I said it deserves to sell MUCH MORE which it probably will. Although, I would have expected it to sell more than 110,000 copies in the time-frame. Lern2reed.

I bought this game last night. It's the first game I've unlocked from the demo, because the demo was great.

6 - Great...
It's one of the few classics I never got to play. Had it on tape for my C64, but it wouldn't load.

After playing the demo I decided to buy this, and it's really good. Love the music...

Yeah, the soundtrack combines the 8-bit era with more modern electronica to great effect.

Needless to say, I downloaded the soundtrack as well.

I think 110k is a good start. This is the kind of game that appeals to the hardcore and will continue to sell through word of mouth. However, I'm kind of upset the hardcore audience didn't buy more day one. I know a lot of people bought it for multiple systems day one to help out but there should have been more first week sales.
