It didn't live up to the hype when Gametrailers underscores it. This is the same site that purposely manipulates Sony visual projections for graphics comparisons to dim the colors so we can all hear those "washed out" comments. This is the same site that lists EVERY multiplatform game by 360 boxcovers as well as shows all their videos for the 360 for multiplatform games. This is one of the most pro-360 sites/shows out there, and they thrashed it. BAD SIGN for Too Human.

That game will never see the light of day in my 360, and yes I tried the demo and HATED it. Kevin P and Dennis Dyack can say all they want, this game fails.

I wanted this to be a good game, i like a good hack n slash, oh well guess we have to wait for diablo 3 to satisfy any dungeon crawling, loot collecting cravings we may have, I'm thankful to gametrailers for giving an honest review.

not even all this hate can stop this game from selling well. Our whole network was sold out and we had to do a rush restock for the weekend. We toned down our orders because of all this hate on the internet. I like it, and I am not alone, that is all that counts for me.

LOL, you mean you actually count that greek magazine's review who gave it a 9.3? How about the fact that metacritic, a source constantly used by your kind, counts 1up's C- as a 4.2, while N4G is counting it as a 6.0 (which would mean Lair and Haze got a 7 or C+ by 1up). Sounds like bloodmask has had too much influence on this site already.

Anyway, it seems that western reviewers are actually trying to help the western console because for some reason the only crying journalist defender of Too Human has been on Xbox's side. There have not only been no defenders of PS3, but tons of attackers on the press, especially from G4TV which is full of subhuman cunts as employees such as Sessler, Pereira, and the sluts that aren't really as hot as they would like to be; eurogamer and EDGE also have their heads up their asses; Gamespot got their asses caught redhanded so they are behaving now, Gametrailers is evidently trying though that 6.5 still seems too high, and 1up/EGM could be next if they keep giving overinflated scores to overhyped games.

Anyway, even after all the unwarranted hate Sony gets, the first Killzone which was full of glitches got better reviews than Too Human. Just ask your favorite meta-source, metacritic. Too Human is simply the biggest flop in gaming, considering the 10 year hype it had going for it, and that it was labeled as both a "God of War Killer" and "Diablo Killer".

Typical, "Kevin" defending the already considered untouchable. Cry us a river.

I don't know one person who would fail with a -C in school, 42% does not make sense if you ask me. 60 would be about right. Another thing that is funny at 1up atm is that the average user Rating for the game is A+ and the User/crew average rating is B. this game is just all over the place, and that cool with me.

anyways, I won't cry you a river, however I will go play a video game I am enjoying, and I am clearly not alone. ;D

The thing is that the scoring system is just the same, it is just now using letters. Think of it this way. A+ = 100 F= 0 C= 50 So a c- should be around a 45. This is because C is equal to a 5 from before.

anyway, i agree. i tried to give Too Human a chance, and i really tried to like it, being a Silicon Knights fan, but like Haze, i have to be honest and say the game is just mediocre and not fun.

when the controls, camera, and overall pacing of the gameplay is flawed, you have to call it like it is.

Why are you so alone in that opinion. Excepting anomalies like G4, and that isn't an opinion, look up the definition of an anomaly, review sites consistently hammered TH over the control scheme. The controls are broken. All your blind love won't change that fact. I can go out right now and find 5 people that will tell you there is nothing wrong with the control scheme in Alone in the Dark either. It doesn't change the fact it is broken too.

I completely agree with you on the controls. This game is getting lots of not deserved bad reviews all over the place.. Really actualy very sad considering how much fun i am having with it. Anything less than a 7 is just bullsheet. What games deserve a 10?? And to bash these graphics is just ignorant and foolish considering all the different gear/skills you get in this game. And i love the story/plot.. The whole article i read yesterday picking at the one liners was a complete joke. I mean who really does that besides a fanboy?? The hate for Denis must run real deep.. BTW for all the 360 gamers out there having as much fun with this game as me look me up sometime to wreak some havic and get lots of loots... gamertag is Dark Collosis... Defender=badmofo

your saying this reviewer (whos job it is to play a game and review it) didnt play the game, even if he cited many many specific examples. just give it up, this game sucks, and you like this sucky game, good have fun, go play it. but just because you want solid proof that the reviewer played it, isnt gonna give a better score.

I realize how lame it sounds to whine about how reviews do this...but it is 100% true...if its a 360 exclusive, it has to REALLY suck to get a bad score...and a lot of 360 exclusives are insanely mediocre, yet get nods as if its one of the best games of all time...

ME for example...some reviews were spot on for that game imo...however some others, IGN and GameTrailers to name two, did nothing but complained about problems throughout the 4 main categories...and IGN turns around and gives the game a 9.something...

and Halo 3?...we all know how that one ends up...GT gave it a 9.8, yet admits it does very little over Halo 2, has extremely underwhelming visuals, has rock-retarded friendly AI, and only adds community features (which are admittedly excellent) over its predecessors...but a 9.8 because of that?...what...ev...er...
