Slient Hill Homecoming Confirmed for PC

SPOnG writes: "Konami has confirmed that a PC version of Silent Hill: Homecoming will be released alongside the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions.

The publisher has also given us a better idea of when that will be. November, as the nights draw in and a chill enters the air, will be when we get all three versions of the game. It had previously been expected in September.

Konami states that the PC release will be "identical in all respects" to the console offerings."

Coming from a mega silent hill fan, I'm not buying this game. The game just doesn't look or feel right. Hell, I even liked silent hill 4. This sinks even below that. :(

Agreed. Although I'll undoubtably still play this somehow. Dead Space has taken SH's place on my wanted list

This game is looking pretty good. its not made by Team Silent but Double Helix most likely contacted them throughout development to try and stay true to the series. This is a day one purchase for me. As long as its not a mindless shooting game, which it looks far from, i will be purchasing it. The story seems very interesting and emotional. Im sure this game will surprise even the most stuffy SH fans.
