Master Chief crash lands into Fable 2

If you noticed in the details to Fable 2's Collector's Edition, there was an "Otherworldly Bonus" for in-game content. Packaged with the announcement were screenshots, including one conspicuously labeled "Fable2_MasterChief.jpg." Yep, that's not just a coincidence, you're looking at a faux-medieval variant of the Halo superstar. (Halo 3 ending spoiler alert) I guess we know what universe he crash-landed in.

And here we thought Minstrel Chief was the only Halo reference we'd find. Fable 2 is coming October 21 for US and October 24 for Europe.

just so everyone knows, between my ps3 and 360 (and new wii), i have enjoyed games OTHER than halo.. games better than halo. how about a Marcus Fenix costume or something? or even a cliffyB costume so that i can ridicule him as i play fable 2. ah, i can see it now. all the jumping off of cliffs and suicides.. good times.

The only reason Gears comes up is because it's popular due to it's coming release. Google it closer to God Of War's release and you'll see the Original "GOW"

You realize there's more than the supposed MC armor. I won't believe this until Lionhead confirms it. But I will say that the MC armor looks better than it does in Halo.

MS confirmed it. I know about the extras. i dont need a tin box, pub games or a little ugly troll toy. That extra $20 will go to other things. MC has been on ther Lion Head site already but with no explanation. Now we know where hes coming from.

That was a cheapshot. One that did fail. You realize thoese LBP devs were from Lionhead, yes? Not to mention in Fable you were able to dress up in costumes, so explain how this is an "LBP ripoff"?
