That everytime an article that mention halo appears someone always posts that they are confused by the fact that halo is a good game.

Why is god of war a good game, why is half-life? Why did you even bother posting Json?

I have to admit I got burned out on Halo 3 about 2 months after it came out. But with all the new maps there keeping it real fresh and its even more fun that it used to be!!!Unlike COD4 which has only given us one map pack down load.

Both are great games. I just think Halo 3 has more to offer at this point in time.

Not necessarily but bungie keep throwing new maps (some free) at their customers and IW only coughed up 3.5 maps (one reworked) charging $10+ for it. Lets not forget forge/custom maps feature of Halo3. BTW i'm COD 4 person myself and only left it when gold expired.

COD4 for me was always the less challenging of the 2, felt like it was imitating cs/bf2 a bit too much, and i found that the people in it are far more obnoxious... Which is kinda hard to belive.

well reall cod fans know the real cod doesn;t come out every year

infinity ward cod titles usually have several years between
the treyarch versions come out in between and theya re usually not as good

the new treyarch game (world at war) is more of a sequel to call of duty 3 than 4 just copying the things thjat amde 4 fun (perks, ranks)

while i like COD4 more, i am starting to find it increasingly more frustrating.

The game just seems to be getting laggier ( it got bad when the update came out and has just got worse ) at least for me anyway.

hence i am playing it less and less now and a lot of my friends are finding doing the same. we love the game, but its getting pointless playing it cos of lag. they have all started playing gears again.

my issue with cod4 lately is also frustration, but its not lag as much as it seems every game i get into is ended early by the host

people seem to be quitting more and more lately if they are losing and its gotten very annoying

Very ture, that is another thing as well.

Now i have to be honest, i never use to quit games, but i have become one of those people who do... again because of lag.

when i get into a game, i am using the M16 with stopping power, i see a guy running with his back facing me, i shoot him in the back 3 - 4 rounds to the point that i have to reload... something is wrong !

while i use to stay in the game, i have now got so fed up i just can't. i mean whats the point ? so i just quite.

no i don't mean this in a bad way, but i get this mostly at night when all the US guys are on.

IT doesnt' disconnect when host exits, just goes to lobby and connects again. Its frustrating when you've got the highest score or in top 3.

i have ut3 but it is way too fast for me...i used to play on PC way back when but i guess im not used to the pace anymore

it just wasnt fun for me getting completely destroyed in every online match so i stopped playing, and i know several others who did the same

i guess it is a small number of dedicated people that suit that game, definitely not a mass market game

I prefer COD 4to Halo any day of the week but COD 4 doesn't have much to offer once you've ranked up as high as you can go. Only 2 of the new maps are any good, and with so few coming out, they've wasted too much time between updates...What's next? a few new playlists? Why not create a new game mode, more maps and such? I only play COD 4 when my friends are on since I can't stand playing with people I don't know, and I imagine it's gotten that way for a lot of people. Unfortunately there are some annoying people on Live who ruin the experience for everyone else. Not to mention getting stuck with a TERRIBLE team that stays in the spawn area instead of pushing out so you keep spawning by them.

well i play halo becuz my xbox keeps saying unreadible disc when i load up the maps ambush and district in cod4 and i have been playing a lil gears here and there to get ready
