Street Fighter IV Will Not Have Console-Specific Characters

Earlier today, Street Fighter IV Producer Yoshinori Ono confirmed that Street Fighter IV will not have console-specific characters.

Soulcalibur IV, a fighting game that is due out next week, does, (Yoda on the Xbox 360 version, while Darth Vader is on the PlayStation 3) which caused a bit of an uproar by fans.

... I hate it when they do have certain characters finished, yet they exclude them from your game because you either have the 'wrong' console, or they wanna sell them through DLC (=scam).

Now get Fei Long, Ibuki and Sakura in those console-versions!

I'm hoping they have more characters then what has been announced as it stands it seems like there are too few. Capcom recently had of poll of which character you would like to see in the console version in which Cammy won the popular vote. However I belive they should have included all of them in the final game. Have more characters does nothing but add value to the game and it seems like they are skipping on adding alot more value to the game.

Capcom, Try this for size.

Instead of DLC, just include it in the game that people are paying $65 for. They'll love you for it!
