The Fable 2 collector's is better(in my opinion). But, the only thing I found that might be interesting for the GeOW2 Collector's would be "steel DVD case and an exclusive Xbox LIVE code to unlock a gold-plated Lancer Assault Rifle for online play." that.

first day buy for me for both Gears 2 Collectors Edition and Fable 2 Collectors Edition. Already paid off. But like marionz, I too prefer the steelbook cases (Halo 2, RE4, FFXII, etc) more than the "fatties" (PREY, Mass Effect, Gears, etc.). Now I don't hate the bigger cases, I just like the steelbook more. Just my preference I guess. I wonder what the rest of y'all prefer?

I never get collectors addition but the first two games of these series are near the top of my favorite games of all times list, so I admit I am very, VERY tempted this time.

Have already pre-ordered me a copy of Gears2 even not knowing what sort of features are going to be added in the extra disc, at least now I know and it ain't that bad at all.
Only wish it was November already.
