too right, it's just that no one is daring enough to actually put a proper sex scene into games, god of war was a fairly tame effort as was mass effect, they just need to keep chipping at it slowly.

You can rip a mans spine out or shot a cop in the face though, how misunderstood is this industry

I live in Australia as well, guess im importing this. Although I been importing all my PS3 games there so much cheaper on Play Asia even with shipping taken into account.

So why SHOULD they cut gore in the first place?

Parents shouldn't be allowing their children to play M rated games to begin with. If they have a problem, they should start looking at the rating system that is on the cover of EVERY game.

...adult so they can increase sales. Everyone would be falling over themselves to get an Adult rated RE game, the press releases virtually write themselves, and they'd get ALL that free press coverage from ALL of the out-of-the-video-loop media markets. It'd be great!!!

Besides anytime I play a game where there are weapons I expect some violent $#*t to go down. Hell half the games rated M should be rated adult, so they can bring on the naughty bits...and that's whatever you perceive the naughty bits to be :)
