Why would they choose Ninja Gaiden 2 when it sucks so bad? There's nothing wrong with choosing a multi-platform game for game of the month but we all know MGS4 will be game of the month for PS3.

Do you hold those same regards to a game like Call of Duty 4? Which is one of the best looking games on consoles.

@1.2: How far did you get on NG2? What is your gamertag? The game scored in the 80's at metacritic and has been getting many great reviews. Why does it suck so bad again?

if you believe that logic then that would mean theres plenty of 90 plus metacritic rating games on the 360 vs ps3.....now lets cut the BS, you know full well that 360 fans gloated about games like Gears, Bio, and Halo3 getting high scores compared to ps3 exclusives like Motorstorm, Lair, HS, etc getting lower scores because everytime leading up to the release of those exclusives sony folks slammed 360 exclusives with "tech spec" claims of how ps3 exclusives will be so much more superior...I mean seriously time after time sony loyalist screamed, stuff like "Motorstorm physics not possible on 360", "Lair is going to show why ps3 is superior using the cell", "HS has 10 gigs of sound alone it will be superior to 360 games".....AND THEN, well the games came out and the 360 fans laughed rightfully so when in general they didn't live up to all the wild claims of sony loyalists.

Also there was all this talk about multiplats will be better on ps3 this year because once again ps3 is superior and devs just need a little more time to learn the ps3, still 360 holding its own or in some cases a bit better still, now they say its going to start showing next year or they need to dev on ps3 first, blah blah blan, the bar is always *moving when you listen to extreme sony supporters, don't get me wrong 360 fans myself included are not innocent but the point is from the begining 360 owners mocked ps3 mediocrity because of all the arrogant claims made against 360, some pretend as if sony supporters were innocently beaten up over nothing but I remember its not so, hell I remember prior to ps3 launch, sony supporters were riding a very high horse with claims of how ps3 would dominate 360 sales in 6 months(PS2 brand loyalty myths) and how ps3 would flex its might and render games that surpassed 360 games day 1(sony's hype machine, who can blame them).

As for 360, admittedly NG2 didn't turn out to be the blockbuster it could have been but 360 fans like me take it in stride because we know not every game is going to be a blockbuster, NG2 is what it is, like almost all ps3 games just a solid exclusive. Either way I think 360 library is much better than ps3's so far even with MGS4, so its hard for me to get down about 1 game I really cared about that was very good but didn't live up to its full potential.

Now even looking down the line I heard alot of talk about 2008 was suppose to be dominated by ps3, MGS4 didn't spell death for 360(only very extreme fanboys would believe that nonsense anyway) and I guess it just depends on who you ask because I prefer whats coming on 360, especially with key exclusive on ps3 pushed back to 2009.

edit: vvvvv huh, I never said I spoke to ps3 fanboys on this site or psn, I'm just saying you should dismiss that type of logic that a game that isn't an 90 or more isn't a good game and as for 360 fans criticizing ps3 exclusive scores I'm just saying it was inevitable given the big talk from ps3 supporters. What did you expect?...your thinking is twisted, basicly ps3 criticism was self imposed based on attacks made at the competition.

and secondly, so your telling me that you spoke to the ps3 "defenders/fanboys" on this site that i've spoken to over psn?

how can you tell me something when i spoke to quite of few of these people why they bash ninja gaiden 2?.....thats right you cant. and sure you could have spoken to them to but that doesnt change the fact of my talks with them.

your thing about prefering the 360's line up this year. who gives a sh!t. its all subjective. as for the 360 fans taking ninja gaiden 2's scores with "stride". thats a interesting thing to say because the people that I saw commenting on this site didnt exactly take it with "stride" but rather by resorting to how the reviewers were being "hard" on it.

as far as the ps3 fans go and what they said last year, ok thats part of my point. when games came out and they averaged in the 80's, surely the ps3 fans were the ones saying a 80 isnt bad and 360 fans were calling it a flop, REGARDLESS of the fact if ps3 fanboys were hyping wack games isnt the point, what happened...happened.

your point just leads up to mine really so i really dont even know what the hell your trying to dispute me for especially given the fact that you dont know who i talk to on this site which makes your whole comment bullsh!t if you were to talk to the SAME PEOPLE i spoke to.....

someones whos dead doesnt outsell the 360 in its home turf by more than 120,000 in a single month(you'll see this in junes npd). someone whos dead doesnt jump from 6 thousand consoles a week to selling 75 thousand in the next because of a higher gig ps3 with an anticipated game.

someone whos dead doesnt catch up to someone in a territory who launched a year............and 6 months before.however, someone whos dead can only offspring death......that is in the red ring of DEATH. have a nice day.......back to the highest rated exclusive on metacritic out of ps3 and 360 on metacritic.
oh and before you come back with a comment about mgs4's lengh only being "5 hours"

large portion of most games time are taken up by fighting. mgs4 is a stealth game which means if you know exactly how to get passed all the enemies and avoid the fighting, the game can be beaten in hours.

if you took too human and they let you sneak passed every single fight in the game, it wouldnt take you more then 3 hours im sure.

same goes for alot of games. resistance fall of man, halo 3, gears of war, or uncharted. fighting takes up alot of time and the ability to skip it kills that notion.

and besides that people that do beat mgs4 in a few hours know exactly what to do, they know exactly where the enimies are and basically know the game inside out so theres my unbiased truthful answer that i honestly find hard to dispute (watch there videos)

and to top it all off, for a "5 hour game" it still rates higher than halo 3, mass effect, and gears. i guess that shows the quality of those games huh?

please shut the hell up with you foolish comments.
