I guess next gen sports are better positioned on the 360. With also Fifa 07 and PES6 only on 360 up to Christmas 2007.

But besides that you must be the only gamer on the planet who thinks Nba07 is anywhere near Nba2k7 on the 360 or even on the inferior version on the ps3. That is hilarious. There isn't one editor on the planet who agree's with you. Nba2k7 is better on the ps3 than nba07 is. And Nba 2k7 on the 360 is better than Nba2k7 on the ps3. And its not just me playing them all and owning a ps3 and a 360. Its every review site on the planet agreeing with me....Nba2k7 is more highly rated on the 360 than on the ps3. The PS3 version of nba 2k7 got an 8.5 from ign, while the 360 version got an 8.3. I think that the .2 difference gametime refers to is really not as big of a deal as he makes it sound...

i could just as easily claim the 360 version to be superior, just check out metacritc and you'll see nba 2k7 on 360 gets an 85, while the ps3 version gets an 82. in fact, it's a pretty common theme... the 360 versions of cross platform games pretty much always have 2-3% points more than ps3

GoW dominates over NBA2k7 in every aspect (graphics, gameplay, physics, etc.). Hell, I'd even go far as saying that 2kSports will never ever be able to compete with the likes of GoW. There. I say its all over because it is. There shouldn't be any more arguements about which console is better. All the reviews and low scoring games says it all. Now its about enjoying what ever console you have and playing games. I have a Ps3. I'm waiting for a game that shows me I didn't waste over 600 dollars. I haven't seen one yet and I have every launch game. Honestly it just makes me feel alot better about my purchase a year ago in the 360. I don't know how Microsoft pulled it off. But its truly amazing. Thats why you always here me say Thanks Microsoft. I really love what they have done with their next gen system. And with over 24 editors choice games within a year...its just fantastic right now to be a gamer.

And yes, 2k7 has been one of the best basketball franchises in quite a long time. Live and NBA07 are getting a little better but are not quite on par with this excellent series.

Its time both sides have credit where it is due!

MS/360 have a good line up of games coming a lot of AAA potential and I do give MS credit they have vastly improved from the xbox 1

But you have to give credit 2 Sony for the things they have done! First they are trying to push the technology with the cell, Bluetooth, sixaxis and blu ray! They have also made a very strong line up of games from a variety of genres! LAIR, Heavenly Sword, GT, Motorstorm, FF13, White Knight Story,MGS4, DMC4, Killzone Rachet and clank 5, GT 5 and whatever SCEA has hidden this far! That is a fabulous line up also. Its all a matter of preference.....

I roll with Sony because they have the games I like to play! Not because I hate MS or the 360! Truth is I'm just not interested in FPS games that much. I like the variety Sony offers.

Its not like I never have MS the fair chance, I did but I'm just not feeling it! Thanks but no thanks 360!

Just give credit where its due and stop this insane hatred and console loyalty.

On a side note you all are putting WAY too much emphasis on game rankings! Why do you care so much what someone else rates a game? You can't make your rankings to decide which games are good? Its almost like you take these game rankings other sites provide as the final say on if a game is good great or AAA! Play the game and make your own damn choice!

I can't speak for everyone...but when I supply game rankings...I do it to support what I believe. Because on this site if you give an opinion that doesn't favor SONY...You get bashed. So therefore...You state your opinion and then you supply links or info to support your opinion. Thats what seperates fanboys from Intelligent gamers. You will never hear me say anything sucks. I go into detail on what I liked or didn't like. Then I supply links from editors and reviewers who share my opinions in the obvious flaws or great aspects of a game.

Its funny to hear The Truth attempt to say something nice about the 360. You go way back on this site. And you have bashed the 360 many many a times. And you did it like a sony fanboy would. See, you neglect to consider that millions of 360 gamers believe that there is much more AAA titles out NOW than you would like to give credit for. If a game is on the pc and the 360...its still microsoft exclusive buddy. And it doesn't take away from them being AAA titles. Especially when the 360 version out sells the PC version in every instance. Any time someone expresses joy or contentment in the 360...You and other sony fanboys say we have some kind of loyalty to MS. Not true. We are loyal to great games. Thus the 5.2 games sold per console. But also we are critical of games that just don't cut it in the next gen. So I think you have it backwards with the brand loyality bit buddy. Its you and DJ and others who can't accept and refuse to accept that the ps3 is not performing well in this next generation so far. And if you think that the ps3 is doing well....you are dillusional. Launch games getting 1's, 2's, 3's, and 6's out of 10. Every third party game released thus far is underperforming the 360 version...with Nba2k7 coming the closest but the frame rate is a problem. How can any gamer be happy about that? I'm not. And I bought it at launch. I would be lying to myself and others if I said otherwise. Motorstorm looks promising if the framerate can get to at least 30fps...but for that type of game I would prefer 60fps....and I can't believe we are talking about a 600 dollar system not being able to keep a steady frame rate in this next generation of gaming...That says a lot. We refer to reviews because its documented facts from their professional perspective on the games. There is nothing worse than extreme fanboys lying and telling folks these games are great when they are far from it. That would be wrong to boost up sad games and dupe people into spending over half a grand just to be totally dissappointed. I'm just happy I can afford it. Others may actually save for the ps3...reviews are important to many gamers who don't have the money to try every game. But everything I have stated comes from my personal experience with the ps3 and 360. And The Truth...... Have you got your ps3 yet? I'm just curious. Because if you are a gamer like you let on to be....you are in for some dissappointment since you have played the 360 and claim to not be happy with it. You are a rare case or a complete liar. 5.2 games per console tells the whole story here. We love our system and we buy games like no other in HISTORY. And there are 24 editors choice games out for the 360 Right now. And they aren't all shooters. There is a wide variety of AAA games for the 360. Much more than the ps3 is offering ANY TIME SOON.

The Truth has a point....although you two seem to differ vastly in your tastes of games/platforms, I agree that you put too much emphasis on rankings, reviews, and things of that nature.

It almost seems as if you don't have your own opinion on things, but would rather listen to what reviews and these so-called credible links and sources you hold in such high regard. Here's a little bit of info: The internet is the number one place for a person, business or group to perpetuate their beliefs, period. It doesn't matter whether or not someone is a professional, hobbyist, or whatever, there's propaganda all over the place, and the people who make these reviews are humans with opinions, just like you and me, so you can't claim a review or even several reviews as fact, as you so often do.

I notice that you like to shove statistics in people's faces quite often, as if 5.2 games per console and highest number of consoles sold necessarily means that the experience will be superior. Do those numbers really mean anything in that respect? Do you honestly believe that a higher rating on game rankings means that a game is better, or rather, that it's FACTUAL proof of being better? I certainly hope not, because like I said, all those individuals that write all those reviews are humans with opinions, and claiming a slew of OPINIONS as FACT is just nonsensical. Your lack of prudence is surprising, especially considering how adamant you are in your views.

Take more time to develop your own opinions, rather than follow those of others, regardless of whether or not they are "professionals". Listening to everything that gamerankings publishes means that you have no mind of your own, and that you jump on the bandwagon, much like how a sports fan's favorite team may change based upon who's winning that season. You say that you have all of the systems, right? Instead of shoving so many numbers down peoples throats, why not cite your own gameplay experiences instead? People would probably take you more seriously then.

You obviously haven't read any of my postings throught the many months I have been a part of this site. I always give my opinion FIRST...but then due to the fact that the people you tend to side with...DJ, The Truth, ect.....they bash gamers personally and they bash peoples views if it differs from their PS3 ONLY mentality. You see, you have to understand the history before you jump into something that you have no idea about buddy. So therefore to strengthen my views, I support them with links. Not just reviews, but programmers annalyste, and facts from Developers, ect..... This way I don't look like DJ and The Truth in the way they have their Fanboy Rants with nothing but their wishes and dreams as "Facts". I will always give my opinion FIRST...then I will Always give "Facts" to support my claims or opinion. I know for a fact that many a gamer has learned a lot from the things I have said and the links I have provided through the years. At least 30 of my friends on xbox live are from people I have met on this site. Its amazing. And I get asked questions all the time due to the fact that I have every single game and every single system....And on top of that....I'm not biased towards one company. I'm biased towards Great Games. As long as the games are Great...I'm in. But if you and millions of others believe that the ps3 is lacking in Great Games and not giving us what we expected from a video game sytem that costs over half a grand....Sony fans like the ones you tend to support "Bash" you no regard for human life. They are fanatics who base their opinion off of Fanboyism. They have an unhealthy love for ONE video game company and will do anything from LIE to Bash other gamers to get their point across. I could care less what they think or even what you think. Anyone who has followed my posts through the months know that I wear my opinion on my chest like a badge of honor. But it doesn't stop there. Because of my nature, I will always back my opinion up with facts from several sources as a defense mechanism from dealing with the Sony Droids through the months.

The numbers I push down people's throats as you say....stem from all the things that The Truth, DJ, Jin, Xbug, and many others have been saying prior to the ps3 launch. The numbers is a reminder that they were ALL DEAD WRONG... If you could have seen the many days and nights that they would bash anyone who wasn't a part of their SONY ONLY club. You would be like..."WOW". These are adults. All the name calling. All the made up numbers and so called facts with no links to support their outlandish claims. It was out of control. So, by instinct I always give links to support anything I say. It shuts the fanboys up instantly. Now that we have a bubble system...you have to make your posts worth reading and having your counter arguements already laid out in your commnet.

P.S. Owning a Ps3 has made me even happier about my 360 purchases a year ago. And thats being 100% completely honest. Its amazing how far ahead MS was thinking with their system. The price is perfect...the games are Great....and the xbox live community is huge and growing at a rapid rate. The ps3 games for the most part have horrible frame rates and the graphics as of now aren't up to par with the 360 games. I say this as a Gamer. And once again...for the sony fans who want to bash and say otherwise...Just about EVERY review agree's with me. And I recall months ago Sony fans posting reviews of games getting mid 8's and YELLING about how the 360 has no AAA titles. ha ha ha ha ha ha....Now look what you get. The game with the highest average rating is ....an 8. WOW. And most of your launch games recieved 1's, 2's, adn so on.

I said months ago through all the stuff that sony fans were talking and ranting about with the 360 that they would get exactly what they deserve and I told them I was excited for the day the ps3 would launch. And its hilarious to me. Its actually much worse than I could have imagined. Too funny. And they did get what they deserve for being so mean spirited through the months prior to launch. All I have to say is Thanks Microsoft. You delievered in every way. IGN graded you an A- for last years launch...and Sony's ps3 got a "D". WOW. Thats why I say the war is over. Its done. play what you like and stop with the bashing. Right now Ps3 has entered the ring but its a one sided fight. The 360 is beating it every which way.

P.S. I am patiently waiting for some AAA games for the ps3. Maybe the end of 2007 will show something. But, I'm glad I have been blessed enough to have the money to blow on a next gen dud as of now. It doesn't hurt my pockets like it might others who invested in it. I have a problem. I spend 1000's every year on games for PC, and consoles. I buy everything. I love video games. Get it? Got it? Good.

BTW...LandofSand....I'm sorry I couldn't join you last night in Gears of war. I was playing Rainbow Six with the fam. I just love the fact that all of us have our faces in the game and when you talk your lips move in sync....Its too much fun. I will catch you another time buddy.

Obviously you havent been on this site very long. See all those sony fanboys who try to cry on this site like they are some victims were completely going crazy prior and after the 360 launch. They were saying 99% of the games on 360 are garbage. They were saying that Top gamer, myself and many others were dumb for getting a 360, and they were saying that the 360 would sell very well and thats putting it nicely.

Now here we are 1 year later and the 360 is the fastest selling console in history. Is sitting at 7 million right now and in position to hit the 10 million mark by the end of the year. Now the 360 has the highest attach rate in the history of the gaming industry.

Also I would just like to point out that ps3s attach rate is 1.5 while 360s was 3 at launch.

All you do is bash the 360 and now that ps3 is out and 360 and gears of war looks better than resistance and is getting better reviews plus throw in that all the multiplatform games are better on 360 plus throw in the fact that sony messed up their launch and that microsoft is getting sony exclusives left and right and that top gamer has been making you (shadow and enforcer of the bullsh!t) look retarded with facts over and over again, yea I would try to attack him too.
