4.2 - This is what puzzles me.

Beta's are a chance for you to help developers test games and ensure the release is the best it can be, not a chance to sample a game for free. A demo is where you can sample the game, a beta is where your volunteering to help the company test the game. If it's not working, that's a part of beta testing.

Xbox Live simply is not a stable online network for gamers to enjoy their online experience. Microslaves continue to have their money laundered from them for such minimal and piss-poor service. According to Capcom, Xbox Live was supposed to be the end all/be all online service to test their network code.

But as the truth unveils itself, Xbox Live once again is shown to be an unreliable online structure which has consistent and continuous lag. Only on PlayStation Network, developers are able to test their online products to ensure maximum quality use. Which is why Metal Gear Online's beta was extremely successful.

Before long, Capcom will have no choice but to develop b3yond.

oh... i get it, another pissed off little sonyb1tch mouthing off because Capcom chose LIVE over the WEAK PSN. hahahaha... Capcom, the same company that released DMC4 and LOST planet on PS3 with installs of half an hour before you can actually play the game, yet both game were inferior the Xbox version!! Capcom, that already gave the 360 the exclusive Dead Rising and future timed exclusive, Resident Evil 5.

Now I see where all the hate is coming from.

Okay, hate me some to vent your anger, but this is clearly the fault of just one company.

CAPCOM.

SFIIT is how old? More than ten years, IIRC. Now, take that old game, swap all the old sprites with new, hand drawn ones and voila, you have an HD Remix. Yeah, they added online play I think, which is nice, and they worked on the balancing, which is nice as well, but why the hell aren't they able to release a working beta? Of course, a beta isn't perfect, but this is getting ridiculous.
I miss the CAPCOM that shipped good MegaMan games, not that BN or ZX or SF bullsh't. I miss a CAPCOM that delivered not only good games, but milestones of gaming. I know, profit is good and we all want to be rich, but CAPCOM went from being my favourite developer to being a joke and a sellout. I don't give jack about DMC4 being multiplat - maybe because I never owned one - or any other game not being on PS3 first/at all, because seriously, CRAPCOM makes too many mistakes, regardless of the console.
So, dear CAPCOM, make your homework, release stuff when it's ready and put more effort into your quality control, because we - as gamers on XBox360, PS3, Wii, PC, DS, PSP, cellphones, toasters and whatever you want to put your games on - want to say "DAMN, I'd have paid 200 bucks for that game, it's that good!" again when we have one of your products on our screens.

anyways, thinking back on another PS3 fighter, Vitual Fighter..... does the PS3 version have online?

Just because I'm getting a 360, doesn't mean I can't point out certain faults with the system. I don't have to be brainless or dimwitted like you 360 zombies over there. If both of the games I wanted were on the PS3, I wouldn't need a 360. But since the two games I want are on the system, I have to take the plunge. But I won't allow the 360 to get to my head like it obviously did to you and every other nutcase who supports the 360 like a mindless bot.

The PS3 may not have games like Virtua Fighter online, but they do have some innovative games, so...um you fail with that.
