Why do you even care? You bash the 360 and you don't own one so you aren't getting the DLC anyway.

I am very interested in it and I don't usually buy DLC. I am very curious what it includes but I do plan on purchasing it if it's as big as the claims are.

I have a better vote: How many think PS3 owners will be all over this thread downplaying, saying they forgot about it already and making excuses to downplay it?

1.3 - I won't be getting it...
...because I have a PS3. You 360 guys are lucky to be getting it. I think it will be something pretty significant. I would love to see Vice City or San Andreas done with the amount of detail Liberty City has. I hope those will be whole games though so I can play them.:) Even though I won't be able to play it, I'm looking forward to see what they do. I'd get it if it was coming to PS3.

after completing it I'm curious as to if it will relate to any of your friends you met thru regular gameplay's story. If so, I think I have an inkling as to what it might be about... >NO SPOILERS<there's a place I expected to have to go to and complete a mission in order to progress the story that never happened... yet it seemed so obvious.

I was never interested. I'll buy it if it makes the post-story portion of the game more fun; e.g. adding more types of helicopters, military, tanks, the chainsaw, varied melee weapons, more clothing options, the jetpack, random funny vehicles like the lawnmowers in SA, maybe a plane (a dodo at the least?!) etc. I played the game once since I finished the story, and I have to admit I just wasn't having fun anymore. I'd rather play a different videogame than play darts or bowling in GTAIV. amirite?
