Xbox Live Arcade De-Listing Already Started?

Recently there's been talk of the possible demise of some under performing Xbox LIVE Arcade games, speculation as to what they are has been rampant, and at times, well founded. But has it started already?

Arran Walker of Australia's MyGEN.com.au investigates a peculiar message received when deleting an Xbox LIVE Arcade game.

If there's 200+ titles and only 20+ of them sells well. Rest would only make it harder to surf through all the games... no sellers needs to GO!

At least that will push up the quality a bit. Only good games will stay.

No more purchasing of the XBLA titles on my 360. Sorry, but crap like this make me realize how bad an idea it is to buy anything online from MS. Take a look at my games I have too, I have purchased way too many already as it is and with this new tid-bit of information, I am now stopping all online purchases from MS.

There are lots of stupid games on Xbox Live. There are also tons of good games. Who cares if they remove a few games that never get downloaded or played.

The games can still be redownloaded via Download History. And the game will continue to function normally. So whats the big deal?
