New screens of White Gold: War in Paradise

The game will combine elements of RPG and the progression will be similar to a FPS in vast open environments. White Gold: War in Paradise will be available on Xbox360 and PC.

I actually liked the concept behind Boiling Point, so I have high hopes that the Russian developers make an effort to improve the gameplay and scope in this game.

Boiling Point was decent but this game seems a bit too similair to that along with Just Cause.

The Precursors is the game that I'm anticipating from Russian devs.

The screen shots look more or less promising. In some, the lighting and attention to detail is quite nice. Other screenies...not so much. It would be interesting to know when this game comes out. I for one am a fan of FPS with RPG elements. The game is titled White Gold...hmmm, the game might be about shooting poachers or something (white gold is ivory). Who knows...maybe the game is about saving elephants and rhinos:-P That would be cool.

boiling point ran worse on my computer than Crysis does for some reason

@no.2 and No.1 .. sorry but it looks UN real!

crysis in medium setting is FAR better than this..

lowres textures on some objects,last-gen Tree models(we see this problem many times this gen too , anyway its not acceptable ), Unreal lighting , there is no depth of field ,bad weapon models! in FPS! sth like counter strike !

it looks like an improved Farcry1 :P

weapons

Trees - maybe not very modern , but are in the distant landscape , more and better than in Far Cry 2 in many screens ;)

The graphics have a lack , a dinamic shadows system , a system like in Crysis - in medium - or Far Cry 2 . But I believe that the game has HDR . Other problem is the lack of iron sight , - today - but maybe is in the final game .

And , the game not is a FPS with RPG elements . Is a RPG with FPS elements , or better, a 50 % RPG and FPS , with a complete RPG system , except the look of the caracther .
