Not the best written article, and it's points are a little weak. It's going to be very tough for any new rock band or guitar hero game to get in on the action.

The best way they're going to compete is by giving music away for free or somehow incorporating music people have.

Sorry, I have to disagree. Do you have an example of a problem with the way the article is written? It has gone through copy edit.

There is no 'point' as it's not an editorial nor is the article attempting to conclude that MvG is going to be successful in its endeavor. It's just news, the story is that a new company has formed that will be making music video games. You may or may not hear from them in the future.
