This probably has to do only with screenshot availability. This is just to promote the game. The preview of Far Cry 2 on Playstation Magazine also contained PC screenshots, not PS3. The preview of Aliens: Colonial Marines on the same magazine contained the same screenshots as the ones on Xbox magazine. The same for GTA 4. This has to do with what screenshots the third party developers release for the press. Nothing wrong with this. As long as proper screenshots and videos are released for the relevant platform before the game gets to stores there's no problem.

Sure it would be better to get screens for the relevant platform, but its not that dramatic. This has nothing to do with bias.

Exactely. The preview of Far Cry 2 on Playstation Magazine also had PC screenshots, not PS3. GTA 4 the same thing. People use what third party developers send them. This is just normal. As long as proper screenshots and videos of the relevant platform are released before the game comes out this is not a problem.

11 - before anyone compares this to GT's infamous GRID COMPARISON...

...let me point out the difference. this DBZ screen mix-up was used merely to preview a game that'll be available on both systems. sites like, oh i don't know, ALL of them (probably even Kotaku), do it all the time, be it PS3 screens on 360 previews, or 360 screens on PS3 previews. that's a huge difference from trying to pass one version off as another when you're doing a COMPARISON between two competing systems in an attempt to educate gamers as to which version to buy.

Alot media and devs will showcase the best a title has to offer. They'll universally show the best of the product. They did the samething with GRID and host of other games.

Not saying the versions of *this* game are different but you would have to be a fool if you think the media and devs will not show the best of the product and use that for all versions to maxamize sales and still compete with other products..

PS3 cannot match the graphics of the Xbox 360 version so Sony has to lie to their consumers and show them Xbox 360 graphics to hide how inferior the PS3 version is, just like in all games.

Xbox 360 has clearly established itself as the graphical king of this generation, even Sony is admitting it now

lool. prooves that xbtos are dumb like bread. the ps3 has 256+256=512 mb ram, and the ram is a lot faster than the xbox360 ram you moron. btw splitted ram is far better, because you can use both at the same time. look at the advanced pcs, they have all dedicated graphic ram, like the ps3. only the very very cheap ones have shared ram.

im not bragging but then again i wouldnt say something if it wasent true, it is a proven fact that a single ps3 is 29 times more powerful than your average pc, making it a entertainment system/supercomputer. it has the most powerful graphics chip known to a console in the world. this is only the beginning. trust me, theyll get better, muuuuch better.
