Well here is my honest unbiased opinion.

I think they are over doing the colors a bit but thats just me. I also don't like the way banjo is rendered, he looks a little plastic imo

After watching that video now, i have to say vehicles are an excellent addition. It actually looks fun with the vehicles. I doubt the platforming elements will be as strong as the original due to the vehicle additions but we'll see.

@below yea much better than the first trailer in my eyes too. Actually made the vehicles look sensible

I like some of the younger platformers. I had a lot of fun with R&C. Considering my GF actually played with me, that made it even more fun. I would actually be rather jealous of this game if LBP wasn't right around the corner.

Now it seems the people who stayed around are pretty much saying "Ok, so this was the game that was supposed to put ratchet into its place" And it doesn't even look close.

same with gameplay.

replayibility etc.

graphics is a very large part however and allows a game to become as realistic or stylised as need be.

this however, is an embarrassment.

When the game comes out... reviews are made and the people vote with their wallet.. then you can talk about that game.. you are talking about.. what was the name of it? that forgotten game that you mentioned that even PS3 owners didn't care about.. since it flopped in terms of sales... no one though it was worth buying..

Seriously that game is fantastic in my opinion. The only reason it didn't do very well is most likely because the demographic of the platform was still largely hardcore or 17+ year old males. Although I was upset to see the sales figures, that game deserved alot more.

hahahaha yeah ok......there's been plenty of games of great games that got overlooked by the public, while there's also been plenty of crappy games that got embraced by the public......you have to admit....most people are pretty damn stupid..(come on....no wonder Bush got two terms)......but if you think this game will be embraced by 15-25 year olds....then you my "friend" are pretty damn stupid too.....(By the way....I mean casual gamers....cause I know most 360 fanboys would just buy this game because it's an Xbox exclusive)

course its a flop to him. Games like okami and sotc sold modestly but were great games. Every single 360 game is a success in his eyes. When did a games sales exclusively show how good it is? Bladestar is not a true gamer any more just some wannabe 'shareholder' that loves his 360 and MS a bit too much.

I hope B+K does well because both next gen consoles need more titles like this if even just to snag some younger gamers (get em whilst their young, it worked for nintendo) or to give the next gen formats more variety. If it doesn't sell a bucketload I for 1 wont be bringing it up as fodder like 'some' I just hope its successful enough to spawn more games like it whether its by rare or any other developer.

As a fan of the first 2 games, I am disappointed by what I see in "Nuts and Bolts". It looks like a lot of effort has been put forth to try and distance this game from the previous 2. I could understand if it were Capcom and they wanted to distance themselves from DMC 2, but Banjo Kazooie was a great series. Nothing in anything I've seen makes me feel like I did when seeing Mario Galaxy. Or Ratchet and Clank. These franchises looked as though they evolved, but "stayed true". There is a reason so much of the gameplay shown is centered around the vehicles. I've seen other videos that show more of the platforming elements, but even those are missing something. Removing team moves and rendering Kazooie damn near useless is an utter shame.
