In the builds you played? Are you a game tester for MS?

Can you give any insights or impressions of how the platforming gameplay was?

I understand if you are under an NDA.

i was going to buy this with no questions asked, but the vehicle crap still has me a bit worried. I dont like the ideas of vehicles period, but I will wait and see. I hope this turns out well, and i think it will.

I am one of the few who trust rare still

Does look like good. Only problem is i will not be able to play it since i do not own a 360. This game i think will be great and give kids to want a 360. The only thing that will hurt this game most likely is the online modes

True this game will appeal to kids as well as adults like myself lol! My 3 year old daughter saw a pic of Banjo and asked me who it was a week ago! Now today she saw the 1st pic of Banjo in the vehicle coming out of the junk yard and kept on telling me how cool it looked! There's something about Banjo that gives him a Chuckie Cheese vibe I guess and once you throw in motion controls will be perfect for MS sales this Christmas!

Rare have been on a bit of a low creative point since being bought by Microsoft

"low creative point"? Dude, what about Viva Pinata? That game oozed out creativty...or rather dropped it when you beat the candy out of your garden's pinata inhabitants! The new Banjo game will be awesome.

The one thing I'm bummed about is that it won't be named "Banjo-Threeie" (That name was so bad, it was amazing!)

Viva Pinata was very creative. I also like Kameo and think it's a totally under-rated platformer on the 360. That game had a ton of variety and inventive gameplay and I still wonder why people slagged on it so much.

"low creative point since being bought by Microsoft"

Thats the sound of people not knowing what they are talking about. PDZ wasn't terrible, Kameo was indeed underrated, and Viva Pinata was a beautiful game. The only game that sucked when they were bought by MS was Grabbed by the Ghoulies for Xbox 1.

Custom rides sounds pretty fly, though ^^

And finally a game with colours, seems like RARE stole all the colour crayons this generation :P

10 - I feel like Rare is selling out the Banjo Kazzoie Franchise
Because this game is not anything like the other Banjo Kazzoie games. The basica element is about turning into alligators, or critters, shooting eggs out of banjo ass/kazzoie mouth, and flying with kazzoie. Vehicles are the opposite of what I expected, and to be such a huge impact, it really isn't a banjo game.. But that is beside the point. I hope these features are just a side feature, because its the platforming that the xbox needs, not lego building vehicles.

11 - I actually like the title
Hardly original but it does the job.

Let's hope the gameplay is there. I may actually purchase this title.

I dont like the karts idea, it seems like a gimmick. a big one.

At its 3rd iteration, BK doesnt need a big gimmick, fair do's the mario format was pretty tired by Mario 64, I mean, bowser takes princess, mario goes through sequence of missions to get her back, the end. Introduce sunshine: gimmick = water gun. it wasnt fantastic but a step in the right direction

BK actually has a storyline that links back, the previous games effect the next one, and the method is by no means tired. if it aint broke, dont fix it. i actually liked the way that kazooie could make you do anythink, who needs a car when kazooie can carry you on her l;egs, why glide with a plane when she can put her wings out and make you glide, or why have a chopper when she can fly, its so stupid introducing these things, anyway, these things look custom built, can anyone hoestluy say they could create a story element as funny as becoming a washing machine that fires underpants? :P
